F95 has 3 rules for marking games abandoned.

1: 3 months of silence on Patreon or a different site that the developer is on.
2: 18 months since the last update.
3: The developer requests the tag or declares the game abandoned.

This one has gone 18 months without an update so its tagged. same answer as before
