So the game is RPG (maybe RPG maker) and action based. It has gore, disturbing plot, and blood everywhere on the map. The story goes like a female protagonist got raped by criminal organization. They took her eyes and use it as fuckhole (It's like the first cutscene in game I think). Move forward to present day, the girl seek revenge by going to a slum (maybe?) and got ambushed by a cop. That is as far as I know.
