Don't go by the Honey Select threads screenshots, it can be made to look pretty different. And if you look at the mouse pointer in this Movie Maker mods...

You're right, probably it was modified by the autor of the video.
Anyway, the user who has uploaded the video has screenshots from this game on his account, but the thing is that those screenshots are available for his friends. I tried to be his friend in that webpage, but he didn`t accept me. Probably with those screenshots it could be easier finding info about this game.
Mr. Could you send him a friend request? and in case of being accepted, Would you mine sending me those screenshots?

I'm not signed up to PornHub I'm afraid. I don't think it's a game you can see them manually moving the camera, they (or someone else) probably set up a scene and just recorded it.

I did try doing a reverse search using...
