Reached the end of the free content. It was fun.

That said, I don't like patreon. Consider a steam-release, I'd drop ~$7-$8 for EA, and around ~$15 for full release.

In any case, keep it up! This is good! But a bit less grind if possible, it's a single-player game and having to "grind" missions over and over the challenge the racers takes away from the fun.

Just so peeps are aware, the itch io site for the game is currently down last I checked.

Best of luck all.

It's a little twisted that all these devs are essentially saying: "If I can't earn money, fuck you!" and immediately abandon the game. No loyalties to the current fans. No loyalties towards all those Patrons that are still paying. Greed over everything. He didn't even give us a proper ending, but outright axed the project. He could have easily finished the game with a final patch, as a thank you to all his Patrons, but he doesn't give a fuck. I hope he goes broke and his next project flops. This dev can't be trusted.

Also, his whiny, pathetic way of crying "Since I can no longer work on the game..."
DUDE, YOU CAN WORK ON IT. YOU CAN STILL EARN ON PATREON.

Jeez the sense of entitlement in this post.

I mean this is a piracy website so I'll shit on devs coming in here demanding people not pirate their games, but also I'm not going to shit on devs for trying to make a living making porn games. Yeah, people have bills they need to pay. Some really shitty stuff happened from payments processors and the dev, very transparently, announces they are ending development on the project. Further, they announce that they're going to proactively remove itch.io and Patreon links for the game (their income), and then post backup downloads for the last version of the game for everyone to play.

As for this:
No loyalties to the current fans. No loyalties towards all those Patrons that are still paying. Greed over everything.
The Dev doesn't owe them shit. Patrons are paying monthly to support the creator in hopes that they'll make something neat. They are not your fucking porn slave.

I'm disappointed, but also I feel the dev is handling the situation well enough with being transparent about everything ending, and with plans on how it will end. It's one thing if the dev constantly lies about upcoming content and never delivers (Waifu Academy), but this ain't that.

He could have written a simple ending. I certainly regret ever supporting this dev. I feel deceived. As a Patreon, I don't fucking care about Itch anyway. For me, it's clear that this dev only cares about the money and has no sense of duty. Even an axed ending would be fine. It would have taken him a month of work, maybe, which would be a great ending to a game.

worst part. it was some karins in austrealia who needed to have the world follow their moral compass.
the so called soccer moms karins.

my advice to all of them: if you can't enjoy it, stay away from it, leave the rest of the world alone.
no one forces you to play it, no one forces you to watch it, no one is forcing you to deal with it.
keep your moral compas to yourself, and let us deside our moral compass, as long as it doesn't hurt people, it is fine to engange with it.
:end of advice.

I jsut realized there is no scene with the Mechanic GIrl.

My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
