That's odd, there shouldn't be a bug there. Probably just another random bug in the Unity scripts. Load the save file, it shouldn't happen again. By the way, the F9 key is an emergency exit to the main menu in case of such a bug.

For now, this scene is only available in the deluxe version of the game. To unlock it, you need to tell Kyle that you will spend time with Clare at the party, and then spend time with Kate. Then, after you retrieve the video recordings from Adam's house, this scene will be available.

Personally, I'm glad I can disable NTR right from the start of the game. I suppose that way the only one who'll have scenes with the LIs will be the MC and no one else.
