I think that's intended, if there was no loading screens, there would be no times for Gabriels VA to say funny lines inbetween scenes.

so, the game has been updated, and while it is downloading on mega (it will be in about an hour and a half, maybe sooner), you can read what was added and fixed there

if you look at the fps in the upper left corner you will understand why (I myself don’t know why minigames have from 15 to 1fps, especially low fps in the minigame kyva)
