This is rather ass ngl, whatever scenes there are end so abruptly, there's no climaxing, no nothing, just a repeating live2D thing and text over it.
here's a save for all the album unlocks. just put it in the the resources/savestates folder.
Well it did unlock the gallery but not the costumes, dress and stuff maybe another save but with a pick a girl and change their dress and also pick a background or something
Sorry, I deleted the game. But here's a few things people might find helpful if they play through the game and get stuck. The game will soft-lock if you gift the items you get in the first chapter, don't gift them until the second chapter when it tells you to start gifting. The step-sister also has a hidden event in the kitchen that may make the game seem to soft-lock.
The gifts don't have specific characters they go to, I don't think, just certain characters like certain gifts and dislike others. At least it doesn't matter who you give them to, to get the character specific ending you just have to get them to true love which pretty much requires a gift. I just got to the end point of the game and cycled through each character giving them several gifts and skipping through the interminable game ending. The harem ending seems to be triggered by having enough characters with high enough opinion of you, and it wasn't hard since it was the first one I got, but it's not guaranteed without spreading gifts around. If you select that you can't pick anyone then it gives you the same game over screen you get when you don't take the deal at the beginning.
It was a really disappointing game because the live 2d stuff actually looked good and I liked the character designs in cgs and animated scenes but it very much feels like it is not finished. All the chosen girl ending scenes are just bad pictures of the girls, and not just because they're not sexual they're pretty much pictures that aren't good enough to be part of the main game--they're of poorer quality than the rest of the game for some reason--something you'd expect from hidden clickable secrets in other games. And the fact that it wasn't Ren'Py was horrible since it only made everything take forever to do, especially doing it more than once.

I see but still i wonder if anyone have the complete save file with not only the album but also pick a girl and change their dress and also pick a background or something and where you go to gameplay again and goto dress up section you make the girls wear any clothes or let them remain naked

What a dick... you're like those people who outright tell devs on twitter or whatever "hey I found your game on [PirateExpress], it was pretty fun, good job!"
I'm well aware that the dedicated pirates have a mindset of "why would I EVER pay for something that I can just get for free?" but usually there's no need to effectively taunt creators over it.
Nah, most pervs on Steam are well aware how easy it is to go pirate games instead of buying them. Don't assume those people are "too dumb to pirate" or whatever you were thinking.

What to change from 27 to 20 and changin step to actual sister
This is purely spitballing, but do you know how well honor system payments do? Not rhetorical at all, I don't know myself but I see a decent number on itch and such and they *seem* to be doing well. I know it's a lot harder to get sales projections off it though. Another spitballed idea is possibly have an apk that distributes with the steam purchase.. I know it's a bit more involved than simply buying from the app store, but it seems most in the market for adult games accept the reality of needing to sideload apps.
