i think you might be missing the second thicc meadow one
go to the meadow and change the pose you are doing its behind midna other than that go to every zone there should be one there
also buy the mysterious map it unlocks the fairy fountain there is one in there

Yeah I used CheatEngine to unlock all that, I can't grinding out all the points to unlock everything.
