If you go to the cheats menu you can enable it. Says it might cause issues though

How do I access the last gym in Hoenn? I need to Dive but the game only tells me to bring pokemon who are good underwater. I have tried a number of water pokemon but to no avail - doesnt seem like the relevant skill has been impleented. Is there any way to access it?

Hello guys, is it just me or in the new version there are no trainers around? only the main girls such as Leaf and Lyra are there... plus the don't improve their pokemon no matter how many times you battle them. are there any patch? i am currently on ver 8.0c.
