This is pretty fundamental stuff that the game explains to you if you aren't skipping all the text, but here's the rundown:
-Pokemon have a level cap based on your proficiency in their type.
-You raise your proficiency by going to the associated class or spending time studying with someone from that class.
-When your Pokemon gains more EXP than it is allowed to level up, that EXP is stored for later.
-You can see both the Cap and the Potential level your Pokemon can reach with its total EXP by checking its stat page.
So the best answer to your question is: Go to class. The game also points out that if you spread yourself too thin, you'll limit your upward growth. Specializing in fewer types will help you end up with higher-level Pokemon. My advice is to pick a main class you regularly go to matching one of your starter's types, then pick one or two other classes you go to on the side. Your team won't be as fully diverse, but with good planning and using secondary types to help expand your options, you'll be able to build some interesting teams. To earn EXP, you get some by winning battles, you get more by losing battles, you can train against wild Pokemon during your free time, and sometimes training events will give your team EXP. In Week 4, you also get an EXP Share to help you with any newly hatched or caught Pokemon you have.

Your save point is perhaps placed too late. Try an earlier one, or rollback a few actions until the last episode cutscene.

From time to time some no-sex games pop-up. I guess the same question was asked in the original and since it was allowed, this one gets in, too.
As for the game, It is actually really enjoyable, since the late-teen setup (instead of the kiddy one) allows the story to be more mature (storywise, not-porn) with some well used curse words and meta humor . Sad about not boinking the ladies (and some of them come pre-engaged) but it actually delivers the "pokemon experience" (IE battles) with a good story to follow, so far at least. Give it a try when you are recovering from fapping, I guess.
Update to the latest release with additional bugfixes. Aside from a number of little things, it also stops your game from crashing in a couple of interactions.

why would anyone determined to recover from fapping come to f95? that's bad planning. Setting one's self up for failure or extreme difficulty.
unless you're talking about having something to do with post nut clarity.
In that case, why would I waste that lucidity on a game?
Damn this is actually a good game i didn't expected that. I have a question tho does relations with other people matter at all? like for example if you dont improve you relations with blue does he still try to stop you from going in to elections? or if you have high relations with does that effect the ending?

Updated my Android port of Pokemon Academy Life Forever to 08.15.2023.
Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left for rollback and swipe right to skip.
