No, definitely not. The average ten year old cannot draw palette-limited, 64x64 hardware legal sprites of any kind, much less what we've got here. There's definitely a high variance of quality and it's certainly not up to the same quality that the professionals at GameFreak were doing back in the last generation where they actually cared about the games, but it's certainly better than I expected given the limitations involved. There are definitely some sprites that are pretty bad, and I shared nincada as a good example of those. But If the best you've got in your claims that this is AI is making literally the same complaints that people make about abstract art, you probably can't actually recognize AI art.

Okay, so I just beat the first gym leader and literally all I got out of it was an image from talking to the 'pervert' with the camera of apparently my character getting a blowjob from Roxanne...so aside from the sprites and a few still images every now and then, the game is literally just a messy version of Emerald from what I have experienced.

Imma respond to you and no- all of those there are very female focused, the only "gayer" one you can find is a room hack thread (just like this one) in loverslab that pretty much adds nude alts to the npcs and genitalia to the pokemons (nothing really crazy or exagerated) but that hack does include all/most male npcs/pokemons

I remember that before the scandal on itch.io there was a full gay Pokemon game (I no longer remember if it was a rom hack/fan-game etc) unfortunately I don’t remember the name at all and is creator did not re-upload it
