There's an issue with your Shared PC file, deleting that should allow you to load your old save and make new ones again.

There's been explanations earlier in the thread on how to enable Debug Mode for Pokémon Essentials, though you use it at your own risk.
Beyond using that debug mode, there's no cheats.
