Have high affection with her.
By having the right interactions with her.
Guide has a section dedicated to Asha wich states what to do.

hey, so this might be a longshot but is there any way to change controls or any plans to add mouse support or something? can't really do arrow keys and my usual alternative for games w/out mouse support, numpad, doesn't seem to work.

I think you can rebind stuff with F1 (usually works with rpgmaker stuff, haven't checked with this game)

Translate the latin text with google translate and it will roughly tell you what to do.
Left puzzle tells you to stand on a specific tile, right puzzle tells you to interact with a rock in a certain direction

You have to inspect the plaque in the center first, then the right one. It tells you to go to the left one.
The left tells you to move 3 tiles downward, where there is an hidden switch. Just interact with it like you would with an NPC and it will open the way to the bottom of the cavern.
