This doesn't feel challenging, it feels like trainers are doing significantly more damage than your own pokemon or wild pokemon. Case in point, first open world trainer I ran into just tore through my pokemon even when I had the starter seven levels higher than their pokemon. Challenging means there would be some strategy involved, this just feels like unbalanced enemy scaling.

No game is "too hard" that let's you grind levels before fighting anybody.

Problem is I, like many others, don't give enough fucks to spend time grinding or EV Training in a Pokemon >>Hentai<< Game.

Even in a normal circumstance I'd just call the dev out for being edgy about "challenge" in a Pokemon game. This shit is frustrating to even look at, like Dark Souls 2. It's Hard for the sole sake of being Hard, not for challenge. Waste of time for a few hentai scenes.

And hey Dev, take the criticism instead of being a loser about it. Whining about no constructive criticism in the replies when people are straight up telling you the game is mind-numbingly difficult for >>No Reason<< is good criticism. Tone it down a notch and let some people see your Hentai scenes since that's what they're there for, then up the ante ffs.

Art is good though so good for you. Best of luck in your game regardless of how you plan to move forward with the game.

Imagine making a porn pokemon game "hard" without understanding the basic concept of rng. Homie really went and told us "your starter pokemon is strong, 600 base stats, starts with double team, etc" and made the first fight entirely reliant on items to win. I'll take whatever this game is seriously the moment this guy understands that double team is entirely luck based and there's nothing hard about the start of his game, its just pure luck.

Haven't played this game so not a serious critique, but all this "this game is for REAL GAMERS, not CASUAL SCRUBS WHO NEED TO GIT GUD" posturing is hilarious given that this is a fucking POKEMON HENTAI GAME. You're not making fucking dark souls, you're making a hentai rendition of a childrens game that is designed to be easy. It's pretty absurd. It's like if I said that I was going to make hardcore permadeath tic-tac-toe. Also to protect myself pre-emptively, I love hard games. I've beaten all the Soulsbornering games without summoning, melee only etc., I just don't see how this fits.

Everytime i see people telling "this game isnt hard blabla darks souls for hardcoregamer because its hard omg im strong" i always find it pathetic. wow you won darkssouls? and? darks souls game arent even that hard if you are not a retard

Trying to make a pkmn fan game where you need make/counteract comp strategies to win is cool, even if most make unbearable (shoutouts to insurgence's E4 for being a good way to implement comp strats without being OD).

Making a hentai pkmn game is cool.

But these audiences do not overlap.

Having a first battle based on the luck of your opponent deciding not to attack you for one turn, and then making it impossible to complete unless you restart the game to get the potion back, see I love a good challange but I refuse to believe 'luck' is a part of that

SINtax EroRR I don¡t know if this is a bug or the alpha ends here, but after rescuing Kirlia in the forest's lab I spoke to this guy. He told me that he wouldn't stand in my way and to have safe travels. Thing is, he turned around and stayed right there, in my way, and I can't even talk to him anymore. I'm playing version 0.192 , by the way.

Bug: If you go east of Eros Town without doing the gym there you can do the rival battle and then bring her along for the gym battle.

That's not a bug. It's an unintended feature. Surely the dev will implement a threesome for this scenario.

got a cheat save at the bunny, with cheated money and the starter ready to level up a bunch of times with filled exp up to an appropriate level for the update for anyone who doesn't wanna grind, dont worry about the game freezing after winning the next battle its just calculating you filling up a bunch of xp. i just hit space a few times while waiting and it finally got through.

it got nerfed, i played the earlier version you had to use an item back then or you would die.

Same thing happened to me I assume it's just another end point the Dev forgot to add "see you next update" to.

Cause you got lucky. In the first fight your opponent out speeds and out damages. Not sure why game creator thought a game with like a 15% chance of being winnable was a good idea for the first fight.

you start with 5 potions in the PC, one hyper potion in the room next door, leftovers on the table in your room, plus money and a vending machine. The game gives you the tools, you can use them or you can whine.

The game is beatable without overleveling at all. Both the starter and the Lopunny are busted.
Sure, people might not like the difficulty or the trainer level curve. But it's not a "hard" or unfair game. I finished in 1,5h playing casually.
