that .ini thing happens because your Antivirus refuses to extract it from the zip file. Its annoying but that's literally the solution. turn off your antivirus, or make an exception for the .ini file.In hindsight, I should have probably stuck to the canonical name in the overview, but I forgot I even saw that lol
Also, is anyone else having difficulty with the new update? I deleted the old version I downloaded and unzipped the new one, but I keep getting an error message, I think it said an .ini was missing? I'll check back later to see if it's just me or...
