Take the left elevator to the roof. Buy Harden from the vending machine. Use the TM on one of your pokemon. Use Harden in battle. Return to the room that you started the game in and talk to the woman next to the door.

Starting from the space that Blaine is standing on, reverse the directions that he gives. I believe it leaves you above the pond and a bit to the right of his position.

Also what's the... intended way to beat Delia? It seems insane, the only way I found is basically spamming High Potions and only attacking the turn Mr. Mime decides to not do half my health in one hit (slightly less than half isn't safe either, as there seems to be crits or some damage randomization). Poison doesn't even work since he Safeguards it.
EDIT: Ah, nevermind on this one, I messed around enough to figure out the trick. Now I'm thinking I probably missed some scene with Misty too.
And finally, what's the point of Flatter and Encourage? The first seems to apply some sort of status but I can't notice it doing anything. The second restores a single point of PP at the cost of an entire turn.

I had that suspicion, but it's hard to confirm. Most of the difficult fights where it'd be useful use Safeguard and become immune to it, and either way I can't really see enemy PP to see if it's running out naturally or what and feels kind of inconsistent.

I like the concept of this game and always am a fan of Skyward's art, but this project definitely felt a lot more dry compared to Project Skyward. There are pieces in the game that just don't seem to matter, like the Luvdisc Token or being locked out of the S-card access even though it feels like we're working our way towards that. There's the kid who steals your pearl necklace too.
The battle system shouldn't be as one sided as it is either. For a collection game, it was pretty bothersome having to stall every boss battle with poison + heals or 2 attacks + heals. The level ups only mattered to keep your Pokemon from being one shot, but they did the same DMG unless there was a random crit. Losing = a white out and the battle system became more of a chore with the H-scene rewards feeling like they "weren't enough".
I know Hot Pink was a side project so I shouldn't expect much, but I feel like this might've been better if it were added to Project Skyward as some type of islander DLC?
