Darn, I didn't realize I could do multi choice. That's really what I would have liked. I agree with you on the too young thing. I think the shortness thing is main cause of that. I don't get it. 18 or 20 year old sons are shown shorter than the moms or older sisters.

It's a pity because the genre itself lends itself to all kinds of depravity as well as some pure forms of love that somehow becomes physical. That means there is a huge amount of variation possible. Yet most of the time it is similar to what was already done...

A lot of the games rely on incest in place of sexual tension. There's never an inclination that the sister(s) or mom like the main character, until he finally creeps his way into their hearts.

When the kids barely reach the parents shoulders is the most annoying thing there can be. I mean, they're as tall as 10-year olds. When they're next to each other, then it's all fine - they all look adult enough. But when they're standing next to their parents, they look like they're adopted, with their biological parents much shorter than the adopted ones.
When you add to this some cases where the parents bodies have been enlarged, but their heads are the same size as their kids have, the annoying becomes grotesque.

Plus all the cases there where head to body or other proportions are off the scale, no matter if they're supposed to be kids or parents.

The cases where the character can barely fit through a doorway or legs are hanging over the edge of their tiny beds or they sit on enormous stools or chairs like kids, their feet hanging in the air, are just funny.

In other words, scaling and proportions are important.

The biggest problem here is the understanding of fetish. Actually, misunderstanding.
When game plot and mechanics tell us that we should corrupt normie (or puritan, like in some titles) relative, and she reacts like tsundere or even worse, like nothing serious happened - it looks weird. MC in most cases is just a lad with boner instead of brains in his head, not the genius manipulator to do these kind of things intentionally.

For me, it's extreme similarities between games and especially too many characters. Tired of games where the first release introduces a decent, usually not excessive cast but most of them have no content and then 3-4 releases later those same characters still have no content while a bunch of new ones were added out of nowhere and are loaded with scenes.

The shortness thing is obvious, I cannot fathom why that escapes you. They're clearly meant to be younger characters but are described as 18+ as so not to be actually considered underage.

I'd say the issue is many talentless devs doing a cash grab game with minimal effort. The only reason they're making a game is they see Big Brother making bank and they can make a clone of that using stolen assets without any unique art or programming skills. So you get dozens of mindless incest games that have recurring faults where he only solution is not play those shit games.

Dev that has talent will avoid annoying tropes and make something interesting instead. But they tend to possess skills those cash crab devs don't so they were never in the same category.

PErsonally, thanks to Patreon shutting down on it, I want to see devs use some imagination and move away from the oh so easy and overdone incest into something we haven't seen beat to death like Adam Sandler's career.

If I see another dev make a game involving the same old mother and 2 sister (one of which has to hate the MC while the other loves him) with the MC being such an unlikeable dicknozzle i'm going to personally find that dev and bludgeon the shit out of them with their keyboard.

You get the same old shit constantly. Shower spying, sleep rape, blackmail, coercion, groping and mind numbingly boring words strung together to make a barely coherent story.

The problem is mugs eat that shit up. Read the reviews on anything incest related and you have people declaring it as literary genius. You'd think the dev made incests version of War and Peace while it's safer to assume a Monkey tapped out a rendition of Singing in the Rain on a large keyboard and they used that for the script.

You might find one game in there that tries to be different. Sisterly Lust went a different way with 3 sisters but it's not too bad, Parental Lust, Love and Submission. Some aren't terrible but most are complete gutter trash.

I just want something different.
