The most common complaint I have with most of the incest games is when some of the characters look underage, and I mean by an obvious margin. Many of these games have characters that look like they're not even high school age yet. I won't bother playing anything with characters that young looking.

My biggest problem with incest-themed games is that in almost every game none of the family members feel like real relatives, especially towards the MC and other blood-related love interests to each other.
They interact most of the time like roomates/friends or landlady/lord, not like siblings and parents.
And of course those "incest patches" doesn't change anything besides the descriptions (landlady -> mother), so no help from them.
In addition, hardly any character gives a fuck that the MC bangs their family members.
What a great taboo, right.

1) Too few lesbian incest games. I get that the taboo factor is not as strong as in straight incest, given the fact that reproduction isn't possible, but I still prefer lesbian porn to straight porn.
2) Sons who are smaller than their mothers and in the worst case still have child-like features.

3) By far not as bad as the above, but still annoying: When trying to avoid actual incest, developers have a habit of changing mothers into landladies. Why not mothers in law or maybe friend's (or enemy's) mothers?

I can only select one? Wtf?
To start with, I really dislike overly-perverted protagonists. Honestly it's one of my biggest pet peeves. The whole "OMG moms in the shower!?!?! I can see her tits! OMG it's the greatest thing I've ever seen in my life!" shut the fuck dude, chill. It's just tits. Even 14 year old me wouldn't have acted like that, yet these games are pandered to adults? Along that line, I hate how stupid everyone is, primarily the protag.
Also dislike the stereotypes in they way they do things. The femdom mom is annoying for example. Do you think devs can realize the mom can be a more dominant person without being overly bitchy/controlling? Overly protective is a good example of a femdom troupe without using the same thing repeatedly. However, just stop the bitchy elder sister. I'm over it.

Including unknown/unexpected blood relatives!
I realized I should have voted other but went with repetitive.
Pretty tolerant with the content (including incest) until it comes to phallic things because reasons, so anything goes as long as the developer can have fun, make it original and, if possible, keep it females only if any sex/nudity is involved, but that one's a personal preference.
I've seen some incredibly cute incest art, novels and games trying hard to keep the taboo aspect ("this is so wrong*, we really shouldn't be doing this") while also making it interesting to read/watch/play and adorable. Maybe this is just a tame "forbidden love" approach but oh well, works for me!
