Yeah I'm already starting to sound like a broken record.

Female/Futa-protags are better than male-protags in action-based games because:

  • Male protagonists are almost always meant to be self inserts.
  • Male protagonists have little to no personality (generally compared to the wackos around them)
  • Male protagonists have to seduce/date any girl they want to fuck.
  • Male protagonists generally cannot be fighting against girls because beating women is wrong (but somehow the opposite is right)
  • Male protagonists being raped (by girls) always looks goofy.
  • Male protagonists raping enemies makes them morally wrong.
    • When they do rape, the story tries to say that whoever they raped actually deserved it.
  • Male protag games succumb to being a dating simulator or a harem game.
    • They then get criticized for not being realistic.
  • In general, you can't have any kind of stakes with a male protagonist or do anything creative with their character because otherwise twitter cancels you. The people he fights are generic bad guys who don't have any plot relavence.
I'm not here to say "we live in a society", I just want better porn games.

Always female, both for adult and even non-adult games.

Why would I want to have a dude's ass in my face while playing the game if I could have a hot girl instead?

Doesn't matter. I'm open-minded enough for pretty much anything.
Male, Female, Futa, Tentacle, Hive-Mind, Alien, Satan, Monster, Sentient Machine, A pendant, A ghost.... well, you get the idea.
All is fine by me if the game is fun. :giggle::coffee: Sadly, most devs only have the imagination for the very basic stuff, like human or goblin.
Heh.

Depends what type im playing. If NTR game then im both types. If its a corruption games with no NTR at all then female. If its a vanilla game then male.

Overally it dosent matter, thought thouse characters totally play different. When in Male character you can focus seduction, corruption or that kind of gameplay. Then female character dont need to seduce, they just say" I want to be fucked" and all they need is lay down.

So Female character fits more in life sim, where you can chooce to avoid be fucked or use fcking as tool to crab money or career position. its realy disturbing that devs try to make female protagonist game where her main point is to be fucked by anyone and she just stumbles in situations.

It doesn't matter, what matters is who the other characters are. Most female protagonist games seem to be about her being a whore for half the town, which is not at all interesting. The tiny minority of games where she is a lesbian are great though.

If it's a non-adult game, like an RPG, I'd mostly go with female for role-playing sake. If it's an adult game though, I'd prefer female for an all-lesbian experience, and male for gay femboy sex.

Doesn't matter as long as the MC is dominant (with the option of being sub for sub players and versatile players) and allow to have a even romancable cast of female and male NPCs to fuck, with the option to ignore either side for the player to enjoy their preference (lesbian and male players pursuing female NPCs and ignore male NPCs/gay and female players pursuing male NPCs and ignore female NPCs).

while female is also good, i prefer male as the main character, as a male myself, it gives me vibes that i'm the person of the main character.

I almost always choose male, especially if there is the possibility of changing the name of the protagonist ... the few times I played those games that moved us as a girl, I did it in the worst way always thinking with the " head of the male "

I like both, to be honest but Female Protags need to have Yuri content with skippable straight content.

Don't care, as long as it's well written. Or fun to play with. The protag doesn't even have to be a human. Could be a monster, a robot, alien - you name it.

For simulation games there isn't even a need for playable characters.

I love me some strong female protagonist. Physically, mentally, or socially strong I love them all but I think I prefer if they are mentally strong but physically and socially weak. Like if a housewife enlisted in the army and fights on the frontline. She's physically weaker than her comrades and she's just a private, a nobody, but she managed to not get shellshock during the war, outlives many of her comrades in battles, and by the end of the war she got promoted. Now that I think about it that's just an underdog story but hey everyone loves a good underdog story and imo making the character a girl makes it 10x better.

I don't care as long as the game checks all the list of my fetishes/kinks and the arts represent the kinks very well (it's very subjective at this point)
