Party always attracts high stat models, idk why you are not getting them. There is a chance for rival models to visit your party and you can chat them up to lower the cancel fee. When you own the night club theres a chance for high stat girls to spawn there, or a rival model that you can chat up.
Ahh so school is for high potential girls, nightclub is for high stats, and everywhere else is random?
What school? Training, yes.
You ideally want to put high stat girls into all the side income property - the better their stats, the better the earnings.

speaking of clubs, why the vip area is always empty? actually have any function or is it unfinished?
I thought that if I bought the clubs I could have parties in the VIP areas or there would be better girls or something like that but then the VIP areas have no use, it's disappointing.
Someone once called this the "Dwarf Fortress of porn games" and I agree, but personally that's what I like about it. Too many porn games are dumbed down to the point where there really isn't actual game left to them at all, and by that point why not just watch porn instead? I like a little mental stimulation to go with my "other" stimulation.
If you're going down the internet route, here's some tips to make it much easier:
1) Recruit two PAs, one for Production & one for Publication. Recruit from the Employment Agency. Main priority is a Potential stat of 96 or better. No other stats matter. Level 1 is ideal as staff who level up after being hired are way cheaper (salary wise) than staff who start already trained. Meaning you can train someone from 1 to 10 and they'll still be happy making less than $5K per month. Hiring a level 10 will cost you nearly $10K a month and they'll be pissy the whole time.
2) Build a single Movie studio (not to be confused with Photostudio), toss in whatever gear you can afford and slowly build from the absolutely essential staff (i.e. director + cameraman) using the above formula for picking recruits. In fact, use that formula for all recruits and it will pay off in the long run.
3) Let your two fresh PAs run wild & do whatever they want. They will then merrily crank out film after film and publish them for you. You can just sit back and watch the money roll in.
4) Expanding into Camwhores it is important to know that if a camwhore ever does any kind of regular movie, even a Hidden Camera when you recruited, she'll be broken for camwhoring (even if she never finds out about the hidden camera). From that moment forward they'll always be miserable as a camwhore even if you drop your cut to 5%. So it is important to keep your film models and you camwhores separated.
5) The way to implement #4, IMO, is makes sure that any girl that you personally recruit immediately has all of her filming options turned off. Solo, B/G, GG, unclick it all. In fact just unclick the whole film studio from her options to be sure. Then make these girls into your camwhores. Your PAs will now be forever to rely entirely on agency girls to do their job but, honestly, this won't be a problem because there will always be a surfeit of agency models loitering around your roster anyway.
6) If you want you can personally recruit a second batch of girls to work the film studio and keep the separate from the camwhore yourself, but the downside of this is that now you have to deal with their endless needs, whining and complaining about everything. Agency girls give you the absolute minimum amount of bullshit.
7) If production isn't fast enough remember that the agency also offers up male models as well, which means that if you wanted to your MC would never have to fuck anyone themselves ever again (though why anyone would want to do that is beyond me). Your PAs really don't need you to keep churning out the videos at all. I mention this mostly because you might want to shore up some deficient stat of your own with regular training like your staff uses, and that can knock you off the potentials roster for weeks or even months while you wait for it to finish.
There are of course many strategies to this game and this is just the one I have for doing internet stuff. Most people seem addicted to the Photostudio path, and although I've honestly never done that myself (too much micromanagement for my tastes) it's obviously perfectly fine to go that way, too.
VIP room is for boning chicks you pick up in the club. Also hidden camera option. Counts as Luxury, IIRC, as opposed to Home, Car or Hotel.
yeah, i dont use photostudio too because i only can pick 20 girls working there and their depravity rises too slowly and works dont complete automatically. for camgirls actually im looking for girls that gives me some good money to start with 50% of cut even if they are furious (1k for me so 2k daily income) i always test them as camgirls and if they arent good earnings them i put them to do porn in studios (i have 115 camgirls and have an income of 1M per month). about PAs i dont knew that level 1 would be the best option (i have all PAs for all works and all them are level 8-10 and the put the salaries to very happy) i have 74 staff members in total (i think is best just have cameraman and director but i thought if i had the best quality vids i could have more earnings or fans or rep or something but look like its useless (i have 15M of fans and need to do works to mantain my rep) i hate do works because its annoying, honestly talking, the game will be better if the developer removes that work orders system and allow the reputation to be based on the number of videos you publish, the quality of the videos, the level of the models and their statistics and their fame, the number of fans, etc. i hope someday do that and the game for sure will be more enjoyable
I think they dont have as much impact as works because I had stopped completing work orders (because that annoyed me) and lost a reputation star. I want to know if there is any possibility of an event in which a fan girl finds my mc and can have sex with her and can recruit her as a model or has it not been implemented yet?

Outside of party its up to chance. Night club seems to consistently spawn models with 70+ or close to 70 in 1 or more stats, and if lucky, all stats.

You dont need anything else but enough cash to buy the night club. And keep it open of course.....
I hope they add an option to recruit back retired special characters only.
