On android 13 and above(didn't tried playing versions below). Why I can't export or import model creations is it because of file permissions? It only shows blank and empty directory path.

yes, you need to have root access to mod on android.
Is there any workaround for non rooted android 13+? I tried to replicate the pc path for mods on Android/data path and found the pornempire folder there.
so the path I created is: (created my models and did this on pc)
1.Android/data/(org.godoteng.pornempire)/mod/characters/(my created models)
2. (path)/file/(mods)
both didn't work sadly. seems like it is not the directory to put mods on and no hope finding it (using some file managers).
i dont think there is. as a regular user you dont even have read permissions for data partition i think.
i know some just emulate pc version on android. how that plays out i dont know.
for some reason, some modded characters i purposefully made OP with 100 on every base stat spawn with a stat malus on a single category. i hover the stats and it displays -15 due to traits
she doesnt have any traits giving negative effects, other than happiness -20 on other characters due to the crazy trait. As can you see, apart from fitness other stats correctly go beyond 100 due to trait bonuses
some other characters have this problem on other stats like intellect, beauty etc, while some others dont have it at all
EDIT: on the topic of modded characters i noticed that for a given character to be given the MILF tag her year of birth has to be at most 1983, which is ancient by todays porn industry standards, maybe the game should be reajusted to allow for characters born after 2000 and allow the MILF tag for 90s chicks

Through the mod panel I have created a character I would like to have in the game, but I can not figure out how to make the character appear in-game. Could someone tell me what to do to get it to work?

This is probably the best management game here on F95, best one I have played so far! Quick question for the dev, will we ever get the new update here on F95, dev version if possible? I'm sure many like me are patiently waiting for the forum release! Great job with the game by the way 
do addictions have any actual negative impacts? from what i've seen, it only changes the model's % of taking drugs to 100 and gives no reputation penalty. so, if you want to play with drugs it's more like a buff?

does special rewards : new traits is random? or what? i completed the work but didnt got any traits.

it's mostly gameplay related
maybe some left over from tweaking the traits with cheats, hard to say.
try importing the character and set the traits again. maybe just import/export should do the trick.
yeah, i've set milfs at 35 years old. i dont know, hard to be considered a milf if you're 27.
in game, mod tools, you have detailed description where to put the files
if you're on android then you have to root your phone, otherwise forget about it.

like weed users decreased chemistry, alcohol -happiness and so on. probably better and more realistic.
i disabled that. need to remove it completely. i'm making developing new traits by other means, not for just completing a contract.
The thing is that I receive no folder when extracting the game, which means I have nowhere to put the modded files. Hence why I asked, because I tried creating a folder and called it mods. But that did not work. All I have after the extraction of the download of the game is the game itself.
On Windows: %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Porn Empire\mods\characters
On GNU/Linux: home/user/.local/share/godot/app_userdata/Porn Empire/mods/characters
if mods and characters directories dont exist, create them. %appdata% is shortcut to users/YOU/appdata/locallow or roaming i dont know.
