Mon and Wed you will find Maria, she is the start. Second you talk to Lucia on Tues or Thursday. Maria one more time, then you need to find Lucia in the sauna, go a couple hours before close and wait till you see her. might take a few days. when you find her she will lead you to the jacuzzi, then the Beauty Centre is unlocked.
