definitly make the game way more fun for me.Sure it's skippable, I didn't say my way is the only way, probably not the best, just shared what works for me. However, Photo studio with 100/100 equipment helps a lot early on nevertheless, for me at least, photo orders in combination with hostess work orders allows rep 2 by mid march. Ofc marketer targeting company is a plus too. Sure, you can skip it and go cams early on, why the hell not, only downside would be lack of contracts, because it's highly likely you'll have rep 1. I just tend to start with photo studio early on, just keeping all special characters (they're all good early on, so you don't need to be picky for work orders), building fame, and counting on RNG Jesus to roll some highly paying contracts. I also tend to pick Right Hand PA with more work orders just for that.
As for model stats, I was talking in my post exclusively about 'how to start, and not bankrupt too early', and that's easiest leveraging whatever special characters you have (least RNG dependent), same goes for taking loans, this is ofc risky, but if you're using special characters, they're kind of predictable, so you after few restarts you know how much they gonna make on cams.
For 4 special characters that you can contract on rep lvl 2 you can say how much they gonna be making on cams, I'm gonna attach a pic below from end of April. They're all on non-porn, 6-12mo contracts. This looks very similar for each restart I do. With such income, if you have them all by end of March, there's not really any risk in taking loan (but in March/April, earlier it's risky and RNG dependend).
For random characters stats and traits do matter, but if you're new to the game, it's best to have at least some passive income early on, so you can experiment on your own.
And it's completely possible to use same equipment and staff between porn studios and photo studios (do pics contracts on sundays, or after they end shoting a scene). Personally for me it's too much clicking and I'd forget about it, but sure, go for it.

mmh then i think there is a small bug/conflict with some events, because it stopped completly after a moment while i used 20... i get to hotel cosplay-con, got the cops at studio (first time they come) and the storage control from the taxe girl. maybe one of this make conflict with it.

- force player to build their depravity first, let them start with 0 and give them that trait, that makes them earn depravity slower,
- introduce new trait that makes it even slower for special girls
- make them appear later, they're both available at the beginning of the game
- leave them contract able at rep 2
That would kinda make it a bit harder to set up them for cams, but it will be worth it. ATM it's no effort for these 2 to get them going. On the other hand, random girls, even with maxed out beauty and sex work as much as potential allows don't produce that much money (pics) compared to specials.
This is kind of done with both police women, as they're available much later... but they can be offered contract on rep 2, which makes them kinda on pair with Maya and Ananya. Rest of the special girls are contract able at lvl 3, so if you really want to put them into cams full time, that can happen around end May.
Here's state from 29th May, PA partly specialized for cams. All girls have already surgery bonus, and have weekly +3 happines bonus from beauty center. Admin & Marketing 100%. Eg. those 2 with ~400 earning barelly cover their contracts worth, with markup like ~30%, not even counting marketing and admins cost.

just remembered you're probably playing dev1.6 which is before i did some changes on camgirls
i mean, all the stuff still apply. i think i've made fame more important than anything else. also harder to keep it high.
problem with cams is that if you know what you're doing it's insta win. but lowering the values would make them unusable for those who dont minmax.
well at least there's harder difficulties which also influence cams earnings if one wants some challenge.

That's why i suggested, if you're tweaking it, that it should be rather harder (longer) to achieve profit with special girls here, rather than tinkering with numbers alone, which could backfire on random girls, which already (if you're not save scumming for perfect rolls) require investment in training, surgery and time spent to build depravity and fame. Using existing game mechanics, that could be probably granted by trait. Start with 0 depravity + slower depravity gain for them? New trait? Maybe that's what are you looking for
Just another thought (I hope I understand right what you wrote, otherwise ignore this): why sign contracts with someones who have a 'loyal' trait and do camming (all spec chick have this atm)? They never be leave your company and go to rivals, and if you hype them over the 5-6lvl and 80+ fame they absolutely won't go retire too. Keeping them happy makes them ethernal companions (without frankly spend a least 20k sum on each with contracting them with non-porn option only).
So it's about boosting they happiness to 'Elated'?

If you make contract with them, they'll be rarely be unavailable, thus working 25+ days a month. It's not about rivals, it's about daily income. Say, you give them contract for 12mo, that would set you back let's say, 30k. for simplicity, they'll be camming 300 days a year (25d a month), earning 2k a day, that's 600k a year, so... 570k profit. Now, second case, no contract, girl's gonna be here for few days, then gone for few days, say, she's avaliable half time at most, that's 300k profit, and a slot in cam not working for you full time. Slots are limited. Not even counting marketing and admins, which you have to pay, whether girl works or not, that only makes the gap bigger. Contracts make cams worth it.
Do the cops still offer bonuses when hired as staff or should I make them girls? I always like the option for Dillion to be "my gf" even if that option does nothing lol. Hopefully there will be/is a new girls list for the recent update since all the perks and some of the stories changed.
In 0.9-dev1.6 that doesn't matter, you get bonus regardless the option you choose, it seems to be reward for completing story. Not sure about GF option, never tried it, but you can make any girl or staff your GF, no? Atm best option seems to make them all working girls, there's really no benefit getting them as staff. Shame, you can't recruit car wash girl too, but storywise that's understandable.

I play on normal and currently have 12 cam girls who earn 350k a month. That's definitely a good win. Of course with the strip club I earn significantly more at 618k. Okay, you wrote without min maxing, yes, that's true. At times it's worth simply taking 100%Cut, even without a contract, and you'll make a profit without investing. Even if they only stream 3 times a month. Maybe we should change that so that the girls run away or something. Because why should they put up with that?

Ask for it to be linked from the first post so that people can see it easier? I know that I keep downloading the game and never playing it as A. The graphics do nothing for me and B. The first couple of weeks just spiral down into bankruptcy. These sort of breakdowns would be great if sufficiently highlighted
I was just talking about early game in those few posts. I was trying to point out, that 150-200k a month with 4 girls by mid April requires literally no effort leveraging special girls, and that you can do that reliably without RNG (both girl rolls and inactivity without contracts rolls), that's the scope I wanted to cover. Sure, there are better options later on when you have money. I still stand by what I said about first 3 months.
My issue with special girls is I want them in my mansion but that takes forever to get, I dont want to get them early and then they retire before I can keep them around.
