Its hard to have a guide since players keep finding exploits for the dev to nerf
Anyhow I'll post the one from the discord;

Starting Tutorial- Go to school and get your education up to 100 (allows you to be picky on who you recruit)
- Recruit girls from the Street and Strip Club (you want about 12 girls to spam scenes quickly)
- Make scenes using these girls, edit the videos and sell them on PornTube
- When the 'Work Orders' tab opens up, try and complete as many orders as you can to make money and rep.
- When you've unlocked 1 star rep, buy the Office under the 'Empire' tab
- Under the 'Overview' tab, open your business and name it. (if the button isnt available go to the city map and back into your office)
- Under the 'Overview' tab, click the "Job Centre" button, or access it through the mall. when there, click the "Refresh" button to see all the candidates. Hire less people then you need (money will be an issue till you learn how to play)
- Under the 'Overview' tab, open a network (if the button is greyed out, hover over it to see what its asking for, it does tell you). Then under the 'Network' tab, start webcam shows. then under the 'Girls' tab, right click on a few girls and assign them to be cam girls.
- Under the 'Empire' tab, buy the photo studio. Then purchase a cam, and a light from the mall, hire a director, assign new girls who have never shot porn before to the photo studio. Click on the 'Studio' button on the left side of the screen, go into the photo studio, assign the director and equipment. When photo 'Work Orders" come in, you will complete them (assign the girls to each order) through the 'Work Orders' tab.
i noticed that if you start a new game for a second time without exiting the game itself, the pregame check boxes will seem to display your preferences for the first game but are actually on the default settings
example:
i always play without model retirement and performance penalty, which are default settings, so i checked them off when i start a new game. but since i forgot to change another setting to my liking i went back and started a second new game and both those options were displayed as being unchecked, but when i started the game itself i had both model retirement and performance penalty on
i only noticed it after a week of ingame time and i dont want the hassle to start yet again so ill tough it out
EDIT: i noticed you can change these settings mid save in the options menu

iirc previously they were separated into 2 types, anime and live action, anime convention and comic convention. Now probly just cosplay convention that covers both types.

Removal of energy stat. When shooting scenes you’ll increase performance penalty the more you shoot through the day. When training attributes the added bonus will decrease.
Studio modes. If you have production PA you can set a mode in which the studio will operate. Formerly function of director personal traits.
Custom difficulty.
New PA role. Online Operations. Needed to unlock more network services. She’ll also auto adjust website subscriptions so you don’t get sanctioned.
Making certain starting perks useful through out the whole game.
Photo Studio work orders now makes models unavailable.
Expanding pregnancy options. Removed preg related starting perks and move them to options.
Merch store. Right click on the model and create it. For now it only boosts fame and cost money.
Cosplayers merged into 1 hotel convention and added a job fair. You can meet more skilled individuals there.
All properties have exponential rise of operational costs, making them viable in early game. Also rebalance of other variables.
More favorable loans. You can also loan again even if you already have one, you just need to cover the old one.
Geo work order rewards decreased, but so are flight prices.
Employing people mid month won’t force you to pay full month salary anymore.
Plenty of other balance changes and pacing of the game to accommodate different difficulty settings.

My Windows Defender won't allow me to start this game, neither in Administrator mode, as it's from an Unknown source.
Have scanned for virus and got a 100% Clean Status, but still can't start the game as Windows Defender refuses to let me.
