I can't even find the mod or save file location. Does rooting the device even work? This game's android directories are just non existent.

How long if you play the game instead of save-scumming to bypass the core game system that is time progressing and bills needing to be paid as time goes by? The guy specifically said he would like to not cheat. Telling him to cheat is hardly useful.
I don't know if RNG hates me or something's different in 0.91, but with the exception of Ananya the story girls are refusing to show up and complete their stories; Jenny, Maya, Kimberly haven't appeared for almost two weeks and Alice has shown up only once. And this is pretty just me continually going around town burning time trying to get them to spawn so basically just wasting time. Ananya's the only one that seems to spawn very regularly; I had her hired by week two.
I also recall previously I had a lot of problems progressing with accounting lady's event chain. Maybe it was supposed to be slow but after like a year in game she'd shown up like two or three times, which certainly feels like it wasn't working at intended.
I suppose it's a bit late right after an update drop but it'd be nice if in general the story people had a higher spawn chance, or else a stat threshold at which they're guaranteed to spawn.

I have recruited Ananya, Jenny and Mya.
Jenny is in the gym in the mornings, and Mya is in the school library at 12:00-14:00 on weekdays. Alice is on the beach in the afternoon, Paula is on the beach during the mornings, i dont know which days. Ive seen the bar lady as well, have not talked to her yet, and havent looked in the hospital yet. If that helps
Most Specials have a chance to appear daily, as far as i know, only the pre rework salvatore sisters appear on specific days.
The hospital has 3 specials, but so far only the nurse is recruitable, she appears at late night time/graveyard shift, around 2200 to 0000 or 2200 to 0200

And if you're lucky you don't even need to. Obviously the whole work order mechanic iss RNG based so luck is needed.
If you're travelling regularly you'll have a diverse enough roaster to satisfy atleast some of the orders. That guy didn't even try.
1) Bullshit, I did it from week 1 or 2 on in my current playthrough with 4k starting funds. 800-1.1k per flight.. hidden cam during "holidays" = free travels.

Well, thats why I dont buy the photostudio. The shooting orders are indeed ridiculous even later on. I forgot that.
But you're not entitled to be able to fulfill all of them anyways. So if you're mature enough to accept the fact that not everything goes to your liking (like I am clearly not, hence the reloading

Well, I figured out my problem. I had been getting frustrated early and cheating up everything, including my rep. Higher rep means harder work orders. No wonder I couldn't do them. Still can't travel early or go to the night club early, but the work orders are, overall, much easier if I don't cheat up my rep.

I dont cheat or use the dev version:
1) for months 3-6, most of my income came from me traveling to regions to do the Geo work orders.
2) Nightclubs in foreign places are open to you. its a nice access to level 3 girls.
3) i have saved scum i think 4 times this playthrough, im in Aug year 1. so i rarely do that.
4) All photo work orders require girls who have never shot porn before, i have i think 12 girls working those orders now.
of the phot shoot, you do not need to match the requirements they ask for. They ask for lvl 5s, give them 2s you wont get as much money but you will get some.
5) i rarely bother with anything above Boy-Girl scenes, money is not worth it unless you are auto producing them with models on contracts, but then the work orders are useless. However, if you do, this includes Girl-Girl scenes, if they ask for Asian, Red Hair, Big Tits - one girl needs to be Asian, not both, so find a girl with big tits, and an asian, die one hair rd and your good to go. I believe (could be wrong) but this also includes the lvl. a GG scene or hirer than BG asks for lvl4, only one girl has to be lvl 4.
and dont complain about having to find Ebony Milfs, the rivals left me Ebony, Petite, Small tits. try finding 10 of those who are not bitches.
Could you explain why you cannot travel early?
I just checked my game, and the most expensive flight I see is for $1761, to Madagascar. That should easily be affordable at the start, as you don't have expenses then (apart from paying rent and the models per scene), and most videos published via distributor (even with hookers < lvl 2 ) should earn you ~$800 at least. A bit less if you publish for immediate payment, but it really shouldn't take you more than a week to scrounge up enough cash to afford a flight anywhere.
Have to buy a camera and lighting, as well as laptop for editing. That leaves just over $2000. Can't afford to fly AND pay the rates that non-hookers want, can barely afford to pay hookers. And the most I've been able to make thus far from a single scene is just under $700. How the hell are you making at least $800?
right click her under "girls," pick "call to office," go on dates (max 1/day) to build relationship. When it gets high enough another dialogue should just appear.
the only path I could find was andriod/data/org.godotengine.pornempire/files, and it's empty, no saves no mods, I've done everything can you just please help me despite the fact no one gives a fuck about android.

you dont need a camera or lights. or a studio. I opened my business March 1st, got the first studio 2 months later. i focused on the Geo work orders which dont need a studio to complete. Amateur penalty is only 5%, its not worth getting a studio for when your just starting. My first two weeks of shooting i made less then $500 for each scene, i still had money to travel.
Found it never mind, it was in data/data, didn't show up on search but I found it.
What Tristin4857 wrote. No need for a studio, camera or lighting. I bought the Photostudio and the equipment for that when I founded my company in April. Am in May and plan to buy a studio and get a few more employees in June or July, depending on how my earnings go against my expenses.
Also, the first few months, where your reputation is still below a single star, hookers and strippers are fully sufficient for your work orders.
For GeoAnon orders it also often helps to just promise the model the world to get away with paying a lesser rate. Unless you're offering them a contract and move them to the US, you're probably not going to see them again anyway. So just offer them the lowest rate of pay, then promise them a contract in a week, stardom within 3 months, no training, whatever you need to get their favor high enough to accept. Then shoot the scene you need and dump them.
Not sure if this tactic harms your reputation, but I haven't seen an impact from it. It probably should.

The scenes above $700 are all published via Distributor - Percentage, except for the hidden cam video. Only reason the Hidden Camera video paid out over $800 is because I didn't need to pay the model initially. Had to pay them a couple thousand later to avoid reputation damage though, so it was not really worth it. IIRC All models in these scenes are hookers, I hired the first regular models from campus in March.
