So I guess the only doable way is to go by the stats and assume that having the surgery will improve them. Fo everything else, the tags are an efficient way (small / big breasts) and maybe add one tag for fake / natural boobs.

it's up to you to provide with good enough service so she can get what she wants. marketing, net quality, policies, ...
thats pretty much it.

i gave them even the just for fun trait and they still annoyed (i always give all of them blue balls, idol etc too) i have 70 camgirls and only 3 are happy and i can have a cut of 50% (with the others 67 girls, the half have a cut of 10% to be happy other half have the cut of 1% and still annoyed)

the version you're playing (assuming it's dev1.6) was literally in the middle of balancing the camshows. shit's all over the place.
really important stuff for camgirls i forgot to mention before is that chicks have to be porn virgins. so no hardcore pornstars. if they've done solo penalty is not that big.
if you have pornstars as camgirls, then they have to be famous as fuck.

also not every chick is meant to be some top shit camgirl. some just arent made for that lol. make them do porn or something.

im playing the main page last update (v09 dev 1.6) and yes i know the camgirls need to be porn virgins (you explained that in the tutorial after all) so, basically you are telling me that 98% of the girls arent made to be camgirls? then having the camgirl system for now doesnt have much sense honestly talking but maybe we can still have some money profit at the cost of their happiness

Maybe U can just give each girl a invisible personality "Natural" which give some bonus but lose after body changed.

A model got a trait for completing a work order - she got athletic but her stats are not affected at all. no extra fitness. Any way to maybe restart her stats and traits or something simmiliar?

She doesn't have any negative traits. The stat fitness has from traits 0 and isn't increased at all. Maybe the bonus trait rewards don't work that good. Another one got flexible and didn't get the boost either.

Its a work order, check the section. iirc its very easy, no specifics required so you can send any, but its better to send the best. Probly models from rivals if you managed to get them, since they have all high stats. Easy rep gain.
