Fun game, I've wanted a porn studio manager with proper porn as well for ages. Anyhow, I hope you have a plan laid out for how to develop the game. I mean stuff like "thursday through friday I work on x problem" and "each month I will strive to have y to show" (note, strive as in try your best, we all make mistakes sometimes) I've seen too many guys with patreon who just try to wing it with no dev plan. It usually ends with them wasting 3 months waiting for art assets or something since they didn't make a proper list of all the stuff that could be prepared without certain art assets so they don't realize they could optimize the code or make some small touches here and there. I want you to succeed as I said, I've wanted a proper porn management game with actual porn and not just "sexy" images for ages, but I can't if you don't make a game plan available.
Onto stuff I would like. Some may be in the game or planned, I've only had a limited time to try it out. More options basically, stuff like specific videos with cost/reward variables. Have stages in a "full video" or have blowjob only "demo" videos in the game. Gangbang videos sell better if you advertise on GangbangsR'US than if you advertise on VanillaVilla. Saturation of the market, it don't have to be big, but I would like if I spam similar models fifty times people might pay a bit less. Also stuff like outfits/uniforms making a monetary difference. Hell if you want you could even make stuff like tricking people into making porn or add some optional darker routes. I also suggest you go over (if only briefly) some of the porn dev/tycoon/manager games already on the market to gain inspiration, you should be able to get most of them free.

You should tell mbmb to think about adding a sandbox mode or a "cheat menu" so people who want to try everything in the game without the grind can do so without worrying about stress and stat building and money.
Does the boat actually do anything other than the charisma bonus? The description says "and a new place to fuck" but I haven't seen anything.
Only being able to select Office and Bedroom when choosing to shoot from the computer is by far the most limiting/disappointing part of the game in its current form, I think.

There is a planned roadmap for us but there are so many new things to develop since I teamed up with mbmb that most of them are just ideas. We both agreed it would be a disservice if we start announcing milestones that may not be possible to complete, hence building up hype for things that might never make it in game. On the other hand announcing goals for say, the next update, is more than doable. I hate to be the one who says "I already know that", but a lot of people suggest things that we've already covered in our internal roadmap. In spite of what I've said though, I still read each and every suggestion people write here, in pms, on Discord or things mbmb brings to my attention and if it's something that is in the spirit of the game and has a place in it somewhere down the road, I make sure to note it down for further discussion.

There are in game cheats for pretty much every basic aspect of the game. Check his patreon for the cheat menu. That doesn't mean everything can be cheated. Some content (starting with Alice in 0.6) requires you to play the game and as development continues less content will be tied directly to basic stats. It should be noted though that if you cheat, you can reach this goal much faster than doing a normal playthrough (higher stats=better results).

The boat currently is just an extra bonus. There is no actual boat... yet. As for the scene shooting scenes, we are aware of this but there is a finite amount of content that can be coded in one month. Right now for the most part, new content takes priority over variety.

Alright, I guess I can understand your reasoning. Still though I would love if you eventually make a roadmap available to the public once your partnership is better settled. You could also make a "suggestion noted" draft with one of those nice disclaimers that it may or may not get worked on and a small checkmark if it is getting worked on/finished. It might save you some hassle from hearing the same things over and over again. Transparency is your friend when working with patreon, a lot of people have been fucked by giving money to various projects and sadly it drags down the rest. Transparency also brings accountablity and as scary as that sounds it at first, it's also the thing people point to and say "Look! These guys promised sex scene 1/2/3 and a font change and they actually did it!" By not having a public roadmap (even a smaller one) you run the risk of your updates will be compared to each other, which means you might get screwed for doing stuff that is perfectly valuable but don't sound as interesting. I realise it's not a porn game, but YandereDev recently made a video on this and he seems to attract a lot of fans.

OK, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something regarding the boat (since the description says it's a new location). And I definitely understand about prioritizing, though I would suggest that allowing you to use the locations that already exist (hospital bed, bar bathroom, gym shower, etc.) from the computer should be reasonably straight forward as it wouldn't require new assets to be created, and would allow you to have much better freedom in picking the girls you would like to see in each location. And if you want it to be "realistic" (in that most of those places probably wouldn't let you set up a whole shoot with all the equipment, you can make it require a small portable camera and not get the effect of the extra staff or something.

I posted this roadmap some time ago. So far i sticked to it. 0.8 may be changed a little, but in the end it will include more deep gameplay...
What version of the game, which OS?
Since we know where the save files are, is anyone sharing their saves of a setup with all the pre-requisites for the special women events?

Also some bug:
-If you delete your girl friend's contact, you wont be able to break up with her anymore.
-You wont record video to some girl in your contact, i dont know how to replicate it, but here is the save, the girl name is Kaylee Richardson
Some improvement needed:
-Alow us to delete all our mail, because currently the animation load time for girls are too long.
-Street doesnt have animation scene for sex.
-Porn site took too much to take care of, but reward and earning from it are too low. (Idea: Some times user can contribute video to keep site alive, so site with more sub will randomly add new user videos everyday, require less efforth to maintain)
-Rent/Buy all the building so you can shoot scene there, not only hotel. (Should have Estate agent to upgrade your house instead of going to the mall and buy a house)
-I hope this city have an airport to travel to other cities and hire more girl with more attribute there.
Im a programmer, can i work for you? The idea of making a porn game with modifiable girl has been haunting me for so so long, I have tons of idea but i never have a team to do both animation and gameplay.
