I've had more success finding her in the mornings. I usually go to the gym straight when it opens to recruit her. In 0.93e there aren't any other special steps you have to do. Don't know about dev version.
So I see there's at least 3 (4?) new girls. the Restaurant, Stables, and School, but not sure how to Restaurant. Also the new npcs start with no affection which I assume is a bug.
Hello can anyone tell why there isn't warehouse showing in my game im currently playing 93dev4 version and also tried to search warehouse in public version 92b still it's not showing that's why I'm unable to buy different sets themes like sport or different kind of themes which I need to shoot new videos I attached some of the photos too . and how to use editor in staff section editors and web admins are always free how to make them work ?

of the new recruitable npcs, is it only the doctor that gives a new perk?

I think some of the old perks got reworked as well. I cant tell if im not far enough in or havent reached the end of the stories but so far I have the horse girl and the teacher and neither gave perks.
She just appears right after the intro or when you boot into a save on the new update. says she wants to stay and then blips out of existence.
I don't know I haven't seen her maybe because I'm playing in android or because of version as I'm using 92b u have any picture of that girl ?

He probably means the very first woman you talk to as you step foot into the "mansion". The one that aunt allowed to stay there. She offers to become the players property manager but we never see her again when we start playing the game.
There was someone like this exists ? I've never seen her
BTW do u know how to unlock warehouse and buy sets I've been trying to get sets for scenes but it says buy from warehouse and there isn't any warehouse showing in mall. So do u know how to unlock it or why it's not showing?

You go to the studios lot (where you can buy new studios/rooms). One of the buildings on that map is the warehouse, but there's no icon on the left so you have to click the warehouse itself. It's like moving around in the city.
I strongly recommend you join the discord and try out some of the mods by SewerPigmy. He just released a custom mod to flesh out that girl (Hannah) a bit more; some of her quest line serves as a nice tutorial for starting a new business.

, Does anyone else have problems with STIs? Even though I have the "Body Mind Soul" passive and only my character is involved as an actor, the disease is extremely common. Even with the Medical Advisor and weekly checkups, it always occurs. It never happened before because, obviously, as a single immune actor, no one caught anything. Does this happen to everyone?
