It costs money. You can go to your financial PA, options and put on auto salary to "Happy". You can film for 4/5 days without worrying of quitting. Also you can put on "Indifferent" but on my testing you can film for 3/4 days

I have the cheat menu active but that doesn't reduce training time.

I don't think there is any way to reduce training time other than assigning one of the PAs for it. You could also just train to a lower value and then add the remaining skill points through cheats

You hire PA as normal and then you need to assign them to a specific role:
Open staff menu, select your PA, click on the "Personal Assistant Roles" button and then choose their specialisation.

Check your perks under the "Boys" tab. If you happen to have "Matriarchy" you are basically reduced to zero males except ageny males.
Also the perk "Recruiter" (my favorite hunting trendsetting nymphos) takes away any male ageny model chances.

But even with these perks, there is an event letting you get -1- male model at a time, thus heavily depinding on chance:
Max out your security bar and have lvl 10 guards (having Dillon & Copeland is no sufficient event trigger), then you catch a thief. Males trickle in, a slow progress...

Or just use your lvl 10 talent scout (if not perked off) for male actor, level 1, potential 8+. Depending on how fast you need one, you can go potential 1 and hope to win the RNG lottery.

The "common" male company path IMHO is BG (you + trash), Solo (check for camgirls day1 and get them, ignore any bad trait except "depressed" since they have no scene partner), FF (don't let camgirls get wasted here), and then anything else.
