if everything is fine (no bad chicks) it's balanced for 3 per week on average pay (so happiness = indifferent)
anything else you have to increase happiness anyway you can. spa visits, investments, policies, ...
also "happy" pay isnt enough for 6 per week i'd say. maybe with everything else in place.

at least in newest version theres operation modes for studios that decrease hap penalties from chicks with bad traits. also pa policy that lowers it even more, so you can dedicate 1 studio to shoot with them only.

I'm having a problem with the girls about the contract, I always deny the breach of contract, but once in a while a girl with good status signs with another company and I don't even receive compensation for the breach of contract, my contracts are usually from 12 months onwards, they don't even reach the limit of films that is established in the contract and the rivals take them, One more piece of information, they keep popping up over the "contract" filter when I mark it

That is just a bug in the current (well, not so current 0.9h) version. I can't imagine that's a feature of any sort. I always reload the save when that happens because I just don't accept a breach of contract without compensation. What I also encountered was a girl I contracted being in "available freelancers" instead of "contracted" while in fact being contracted and later being stolen by a rival company. Something doesn't seem to be right.
