I finally got the work orders open and I was hoping that would make it so that I could get rep faster... It didn't. Just my personal opinion, but with the changes to rep I think you should bump the contract requirement down from 2 stars to 1. It's hard, but not unreasonably so, to get 1 star in good time. Getting 2 seems to be impossible because you can't put models on contracts, so either they'll get poached once they start getting fame or if they're loyal/adventurous they hardly every work because they're unavailable over half the time. So even if a model sticks with you, they're madly inefficient early on. It's basically impossible to have them work enough and have a staff to support their workload. This includes the special characters too. My suggestion, unlock contracts at 1 star and let relationship level and/or charisma be modifiers on if a model will accept it or not. (Outside of the money, obviously. Heh)
Edit: After playing this version for a bit I've got to say that it's legit unenjoyable for me atm. Rep is obscenely hard to get at any level. Then free agent models will only sign with you if you have a certain amount of rep. Why? Bitch you better take my money!

Seriously though, I don't see the point in locking the pornstars behind a 5 rep wall because by the time you get 5 rep, assuming you're not cheating, why would you want those thoroughly used holes?
By the time you get to 5 stars you could've build a whole damn roster of loyal bad bitches better than all the pre built pornstar models. I could see if a 5 rep company could buyout models out of contracts or something, but you should at least let me shoot my shot at any level if you're free. I mean bitch you ain't got no job! How are you gonna be picky and you ain't got no job!

Don't wanna work for me now? Ok! I'm going to buyout/run every other company out of business and when I'm the only game in town, I'ma leave you out on the street selling coochie with the hoes!
The most annoying change tho is the staff "I'm tired of this job so I'm just going to quit" syndrome. I'm overpaying people, giving them plenty of time off, but their happiness still tanks because of tenure so they quit a job that they love because they've been there too long? Who actually does that? If you have a job that you like, the pay is good, the boss is good, the coworkers are good, the hours are good; you're gonna quit because you've been there too long? And by too long I mean a few months? Who? Nobody in their right mind is quitting that job. Why can't we just have staff, treat em good, and they stay happy. I get models retiring but these mf'n staffers be quitting like jobs just guaranteed out here in these streets... which for them I suppose they are. But I need these employees to understand what a recession is and learn how to appreciate their gotdamn jobs! Lol.
Honestly, it feels like a lot of the changes you made are just to frustrate the hell out of the player. I know what's not the case, probably, but that's how it plays out. At least to me, because shit is frustrating... I just gave somebody a 2k raise, 10k total salary. That hoe quit the next day.
