Don't get it. Under "Fly her over", it says girls will permanently relocate when you give them a contract OR a job. So I take a week scouting girls abroad, go through tons of castings, paying out my ass to fly them over temporarily, shoot a scene with all the decent ones, and put the bad ones in the photostudio. Week is up, everybody goes back. So: photostudio isn't a "job" and neither is shooting porn, amateur or studio. If the only way to keep them is a contract, why not just say so?

If I am not mistaken the people in a specific location are picked randomly - this seems to include special characters as well. So you can be unlucky for several attempts in a row and get 'random' characters filling the spots already and the special character wont appear. Leaving and re-entering the location usually does the trick for me.

nah, it's like mobile game, were you playing like a female protagonist, and you can work in pub, working in dark alley. And don't say about Fixer, i know this game

I suggest to update the hairs and eyes of the earlier version, some of them are not visually appealing compare to the newer ones.
I think " job " means a job in your company like personal assistant or makeup artist, etc. All other non-contract personnel are always listed under Freelance Models.
