you can choose in the begining of a new game the spawning body type, look carefully and check the box

The dev said something before about their decision to not add that character. The dev could've changed their mind about it but I don't think there's anything there for that character yet.
Read the thread but it still appears in dev console, so it is in the files. but doesn't appear anywhere
I do not believe the feature is fully integrated yet. It will probably have more work in the future
How does the "Just for Fun" trait work, code wise? And is it possible to make custom traits that interact with scene/contract costs?
It is enabled automatically if u have dev version
You can open it by dev panel on the left side of phone
Just for fun tag is for girl which lowers their rates make it cheap and u can't make custom traits i guess
I know it lowers the costs, I was asking how it works specifically. And you can mod custom traits, the dev posted the custom trait template on their website but it hasn't been updated in a while.
