I think that is not a fixed number, we are negotiating the tier level of it and with fame, level of them, or sth else price for that tier increases.
Rates go up as the girl levels up, that's why you should sign the girls you invest in to contracts when they are low level to keep the price fixed. Early game you can consider lvl kind of a debuff, the real value of the girl is on the Girls Score number you see when you publish scenes. Publishing scenes will increase fame very fast which will increase the girls level, so low score girls you want to pump and dump out before they get too pricey, and high score girls you want to sign on contracts when they are low level. You will see, a 12month/12installment/4scenes contract is much cheaper than keeping them as freelancer. In a very short time too.

Then it's a mistake on my part. I waited too much to open a company and now I don't make enough money to open one.
At least one aspect I think I got right the last game month is cherry pick good cheap girls and invest in them (+ maxing out happiness\relationship) without any scene.
Now I don't know if restart again or wait to see if I can have enough money to start with a company (I guess 30k at least, and I'm kind of broke right now
)

I think camshows should be an early way to make money as a FemProtag for yourself, similar to solo shoots.
I mean it's pretty much the norm in our world.
Probably not under "Empire" but surely somewhere.
To balance it out it should cost some money every month since you'd host your content on another site.

You can just do that on your own. You're not forced to include other men in your cast.
