Mhm , I have Chungha in the preset when I create a bimbo , the author specifically pushed asian eyes there , it’s more suitable for gyarufication...

I really feel that the marketing for Carwash, Restaurant and Beauty Centre should be grouped as "Other properties", just as Security is. They give relatively small amount of money, so it rarely makes sense to put a marketing specialist just for a single one of them. If they were grouped, that would at least be a viable option.

Aaaaah, yes, I always play as a female character. I hate playing as a male protagonist. It didn't even occur to me that there might be bugs due to the character's gender choice.
Please not the club. This is so great for late game recruitment, having a pre-set type of girls that spawn there would ruin it. Maybe the bar?
Btw, using this is very helpful for me. For staff roles, it doesn't seem that there is a primary attribute, but up to two contribute to staffs efficiency/level.
For properties, each of them has three with varies levels of impact.
I find it very helpful, since f.e. on job fair I can quickly check if the potential staff member would be good. They only tell You about their skill level, but a master in leadership with bad intellect and charisma is still mediocre.

He did even better. It's in options. You can turn it off entirely, change pregnancy chance and duration.
