Was there any dialogue with her at the first meeting? I just had three dots and that was it. Maybe it's only for male main characters? I spent 2 weeks at this cinema, but I never saw her again.

Don't understand the progression pipeline without going bankrupt. casting prostitutes seem to be a net loss.
How do you get Vita, she never spawned after saying doing one project after one week
It's an early access under development build, just do urself a favor use cheats in moderation and have fun

Very rudimentary way: Start with cheap women you can meet in the alley for example or the docks. Basically everything will have low quality but is good enough to make your first movies. Most of your money in the beginning will have to come from things like photo-shoots and/or secretly taping your sexual adventures with people you meet and publishing those afterwards (lack of consent might catch up to you sometimes). This usually builds your financial foundation to hire actual professionals, build a studio etc.
Does giving myself a few billion dollars at the start count as "moderation?"
It isn't, it just takes a few days to make good on your investment. On rare occasions you will recruit someone quite pricey from the streets ($500+ per Boy-Girl scene) which might be a net loss at such low quality. Keep churning out films, don't spend too long editing, get the cheapest camera + light ($200+$600) at the mall for a cheap boost and like someone else said, once you get work orders, distributor deals and a photostudio, you should make money quite steadily and can invest more into production quality.
She keeps showing up in the cinema on weekdays (Monday-Thursday it seemed). Eventually she gave me a quiz about movie history and then I think it was one or two more meetings where we fucked and she got recruited. She starts out as a personal assistant though, you'll have to switch her job to theoretically make use of her unique trait if it worked.

I have a question about debuffs that rivals set on my girls. I have a -5 happiness daily on all of my models and that's killing my run. Is it possible to avoid it or remove it? Is it permanent or goes with time?
