Well, I have all my staff on payment level "very happy" even when I send them to training. Did not help a bit, and "ecstatic" no more...

I have the suspicion that changing to that "plus 5 happiness per day" policy as well as payment adjustment takes a week in advance to take effect. I will try that out. Loses me a week of progress at least, though...

Edit: I tried everything loading saves from over two weeks (in-game) back. No success. I think that training/happiness thing is seriously broken

long time ago staff in training were unavailable to do jobs. but since training times are rather long, it doesnt really make it financially viable. so later i've change it so they can still work normally while training.
problem is that while training all daily happiness calculations are freezed. negative or positive.
but if you put that staff to work, the happiness drops from shootings are still calculated (usually negative, only positive when girls have the right traits).
well changing that right now.

the only solution you currently have is to remove them from studio and wait. happiness should not drop when they're free.

I am not aware that staff (not models!) can be removed from studio. I tried to call them to the office and give them some rewards or days off, but that did not help.

However, since they still do work during training, I guess they do the training after working hours in their usually spare time. That would explain some additional happiness loss

And secondly I don't understand the sex scenes a bit. Namely, what should I do when the girl says go deeper and pull my hair? What exactly should I change?

To improve your room, you have to go to Empire/Properties and purchase upgrades (for your office and your mansion). They are expensive.

To get an idea about what to do during sex, go to options/dirty talk and see the drop-down on the right of the lines to figure out what they mean.

I saw it in the options. It says to change the stage. But I have no idea how to do it. Maybe it's obvious, but unfortunately I don't understand. I changed all the settings, change poses and speed, but stage do not change.

I am not an expert but I guess the CHANGE_STAGE concerns the numbering of the sex position in the position picker (e.g. mf_car_ride_1 vs. mf_car_ride_2) while the CHANGE_POSITION concerns the part between the prefix and the number (e.g. mf_car_ride_1 vs. mf_car_reverse_1).

So when the girls says "Turn me around!" you change from cowgirl to reverse cowgirl, while you only change the flavor of the position (the numbering) when she says "Grab my legs!".

Apart from that, I think it all is more or less irrelevant for the game's progress but only there for the player's entertainment.

It's weird how I can use Cheat Engine to change money and stats once the game starts, but I can't find any way to adjust the points in character creation. I find the costs of perks to penalties to be rather lopsided and am trying to fix that. I just can't pin down a memory address for it, though.

they can, but onyl after they retire.
i'll make perks avialable in cheats soon. so you wont have to bother with cheatengine anymore.
