Some of us like a lot of granular management in our Management games. I think this game strikes a great balance between control and automation, with options to please a lot of people. Maybe you should give it a go.

And you can.. if you have the right PA for it.. look at their Options when viewing a PS's profile, some of them have some very important mechanics.

a few of the Rival Models appears bugged though, at least for me..
2 of them, Cecilia Tiger and Valentina Russo.. they have some very good traits.. anyways when they agree to join at a party they attend, they don't show up in the PA's option for buy out their old contract.. not sure if they require a level 5 Reputation porn business or what.. mine is level 4 and can buy out all others who agree.

After the buyout the model will appear in your available freelancers list, you can offer a contract for them then.

For some it could take a day or two for that, not sure if that is still the case for this game version.

I think you need to have a PA assigned to production to automate, did ya do that? PA Prod to auto shedule, PA Pub to auto publish. There is also an options page on your currently assigned Prod PA profile panel that has options, and also your models options page for exclusions from castings. Contracts that dont account for say girl/guy means IF they are cast for it AND they accept that scene costs more? In that case funding could come into question if you are low. And of course the auto schedule button in the studio page has options.

BTW @mbmb I very much like the heavy focus on management the game has, it is what in fact draws me to it. Manager game with T&A
I feel this game is not that management focused sense management means managing people to do things for you that is primary means of running company people do things for you.

that automation wouldn't work even with the PA I played with all of the options none of it works also none of those options increases cost of making video it seems.

I did notice if you set options to only allow production on certain days for example or any of the other options like in the actor profiles it will effect what can do or cant do in the manual scene maker so if you can make movies manually it should be able to do it automatedly

also automatedly and options make no difference in cost of making movies, but if you level up your company ratings then cost goes up for making each movie,

last couple new games i never started a company just played at level 0 you make way more income that way and have a lot less stress of BS happening at least I feel leveling up your company is just more of a hindrance then a help.

the other thing seems annoying is fact that game does not tell you when people just stop showing up to work place seems like hiring is a game of waka mole where they constantly just stop showing up and you have go out and hire anther person couple days go by and they stop showing up so forth.

at level 0 rating I have made around 500k dollars so far.

also the difficulty bar in game wont change amount of income made on movies ether which suppose to able be change in real time during game play by going into options it even stats this in option when you make new game, but that seems to have no effect on income.

I would (not that you should, just what I would do) delete the settings and start again. From what I can tell the game creates (recreates) local files when you run the exe. Maybe yours are jumbled.

o does it make new games files every time it runs saves and loads ?

When you first run the exe it creates the directory. Settings and saves are stored there. Your game isnt operating how it should. There are no local files to "corrupt" aside from saves and settings. One or both of yours are seemingly messed up.

Hi i had the first talk with Delia and now she will be at the jewerly store right? Mybe i'm an idiot but i can't figure it out how to unlock the store any helpers? xD

manual production override whatever you set in auto
i have no idea why autoproduction doesnt work for you. i cannot say without seein a savegame.
how did you even managed to stay at lvl0? thats like shooting 5 scenes and you're already lvl1.
you get a msg when staff member is unhappy and you have 1 week to sort it out. giving them a pay bonus or just rest them should do the trick.

of course it affects the earnings

it's not super harsh but -10% is pretty nasty at the start.


since game is in alpha i dont force the players to open a company, but sooner or later it will be so. thats why tax inspector is there.

you unlock by progressing with other chicks, namely carmen from the hotel.
rent a room, talk to her, should unlock on the second or third step.

So, any ETA for new stable?
Februry or March?

Just a tiny little thing:

I noticed that on the Sites-overview the info on Model Variety now shows the realnames instead of pornnames.
Why's that and wasn't it pornnames before (83b)?
Always have to be extra careful and doublecheck before manually uploading new scenes.

Most of the time I have no fucking clue what the game is doing or what the consequences of my doings are...

For instance staff-happiness.
It seems to me completely random.
I'm raising their payment constantly. But even if I keep them at "Ecstatic" sooner or later happiness drops to zero and they quit!?
Female staff I can call to office and give them a few days off or a bonus. But that does not have any observable effect.
For male staff there is no such option, only the salary.

At one point I checked the staff. Two had a happiness in the 20s. Most were well beyond 50.
The VERY next day quite a bunch (maybe about 8?) had a happiness of ZERO. Another bunch had a single digit happiness. Many of them were "ecstatic" about their salary, only a few of them were less than "happy". I raised all of them to ecstatic. To no avail, I lost almost all of them.

Another time: a staff member with average happiness and more than happy about their salary, I sent her to training.
A few days later I've got a notice, she's about to quit! dafuq?! Why? She was, no is, still happy?
It did not need much to raise her salary to "ecstatic". A few days later her happiness was well in the 80s. She did quit anyways. Why??
This makes no fucking sense!

I will try to answer the best i can and maybe give some tips ( please forgive my 4am english)

Every day they work, your staff loose some happiness. For exemple, if you plan 6 scenes a week (one every day), the happiness will drop to 0 or close to it.
If i had to give you an approximative idea :
A staff at 80+ happiness can do 4 scenes on a week
A staff at 65+ can do 3
50+ can do 2
You can (for exemple) prepare your week on monday, prepare scenes for tuesday thrusday and saturday.

Obviously this is not an absolute truth. I can be wrong but i am pretty sure that big scene (gangbang or FFFM) get staff more tired than a boy-girl or solo scene. But let's say a day with a shooting cost around 15 to 25 happiness and a day off get a +10 or +15 (do not quote me on this, it's just the global idea).

Also, a staff member with the positive trait help a lot your staff. I am not completely sure if it applys on the studio he works at (i think) or to everybody, but it helps. You also have a personnal assistant that can do human ressources to get more happiness (click on one of your personnal assistant, give him/her the "job" on the top left when you click on him/her, then go to empire and personnal assistant to pick the bonus)

You also need to gave your crewmembers jobs they like ! And it is not the job that they are actually doing, but the job that is indicated when you click on their profile on the bottom right. The +3 happiness is super powerfull, because some staff can have a "slighly annoyed" salary and still keep 100 happiness. I would recommand to go at least "indifferent" for every crewmember assisgned to a studio, or "happy" if they just like the job (+1)

Some pornstars have negatives traits that can affect crewmember. If you do a FFFM scene with 3 annoying pornstar, your staff will not be happy.

About training : your staff will naturally grow over time, fast or not depending or their stats (and they can be capped with potential). But if you send a crewmember on training, you need to raise him/her immediatly. Because the game will consider he/she is a lvl above staff now. So a lvl 2 staff going on a training become a lvl 4 staff, so he wants a raise.

The day off you can give on a "call in your office" is more for the "relationship" point of view than the pure happiness management of your staff. What it means : if you do not want the staff to become your girlfriend or a pornstar, it's quite useless, except maybe for staff members that are already about to leave you. But it should almost never happens.

Bonus tips : You need a director, it's a requirement for a scene. But the most "powerfull" job is actually the helper. Because they are cheap, they grow fast if they have a decent fitness, so you can easily have a lvl10 helper for less than 2k a month (i think the best outcome is around 1450 per mounth), it boosts your overall crewmember level on a studio.

I hope i made myself clear and i did not write too many false informations but that should be it ! Have fun
