Hello there, as you've read the title. I want to ask your opinion for following:
( I am asking about real porn scenes and stuff and not your personal story.)

1. Reason/s to chose one over other, both?
2. Reason/s you think these are good/bad for you(not society)?
3. Do you always think, "Why wasted time over this and yet keep wasting"?
4. In porn games, story- scenes makes you play more or any other reason(pleasure too)?
5. Same as 4th, but is it same for real porn?

My opinion: I prefer games as it keep more intrigued with author's view, unique story, scenes and the perspective or fantasy and some are true gems. Real porn, not much fan of it as it affects my thinking over life in general. Also, games sometimes no since it make me compare life "wishing to be the MC or that strange NPC". Some may suggest me to avoid these, but they too don't know the way to avoid, since its a loop. Thats all from my side for now.

There are no tentacles in RL porn, so it bores me.
Some scenarios are also simply impossible with RL porn, simply because it's in RL.
You can basically only expect vanilla from RL porn, and i wager that 'low-degeneracy' content will bore pretty much everyone.

Well, it happen that I'm not monomaniac. Therefore, sometimes I want to fap, and sometimes what I want is to play a game with lewd in it. Hell, there's even times where I want to play games without lewd and, worse, times where I want none of the above.

Personally I may be really weird, because I don't watch any porn but I enjoy playing adult games. Overall the reason I started to play adult games was because of dragon age origins, I liked so much the romance with Morrigan that I actually started to seek better romances, unfortunately I couldn't find good romances on normal games and had to look deeper.

Later on I started to find adult games and first I started with some simple VN like Katawa shoujo and majikoi, still while they were fairly ok they lacked the gameplay element that I like.

Then started to play games like sengoku rance, big bang age daibanchou and kamidori alchemy meister. I have to say that I enjoyed them all but the game I enjoyed the most was sengoku rance even when mechanically I liked more kamidori alchemy meister.

At that point I found out that what I liked the most was actually interactive games in which bad stuff can happen but that you can reach the best possible ending. The consequences, risks and having to deal with it became what I enjoy the most in H games.

And that's how and why I enjoy adult games, I still play a VN here and there but usually what calls for me are games that actually try to challenge the MC.


Porn can't give me what I seek, the interactive feeling and overcoming negative situations, that's why I don't bother, if it's just watch sex then I prefer the real life version of it and being the MC myself .

Unfortunately my game preferences are kinda rare in the current adult game development and for me fetishes are secondary, which also means that the number of games I play or even bother to download each month is kinda limited.

I prefer currently porn games over real porn, but I would really love to see a porn game with specially made porn images, when they have a good image composition.
The reason is simply, that at least some porn games are far more entertaining made than most of the current porn movies. They include better and more complex stories, better dialogues and have better image composition. 70ies porn had more charm than the current, but had also a far higher production budget. Currently there are only few works, I really liked like Erika Lust's "The good Girl" or the german production "Schnick, Schnack, Schnuck". I like also the images John B. Root produces but his stories are sometimes hard to follow (especially as I'm not a french native speaker).
I think additionally the interaction, that one has in a game adds an additional layer of entertainment and can even make a not that well produced game entertaining. But this holds at least for me only for the first play-through.
Interestingly, I have witnessed, that some erotic literature can create more intensive feelings than good lewd games I played. I guess that is because there are more very experienced erotic authors out there than lewd game developers and it is just easier and less time intensive for a creator to focus on pure story than having to create images + story + game mechanics, what's here also often only done by single persons.

I'm just very bored with the way real porn lacks any challenges or narratives to heighten the main idea of the scene. like even when there's a story it's at best lipservice in the best tradition of: "ding dong. here's the pizza you ordered. I don't have any money. I think we can work something out...bow chika wow wow!" - so when I see a story I don't mind that the acting is shit, I just want them to at least try to sell whatever fantasy they're selling. and that just never happens in porn, so I'm looking in games and short stories.

Porn Games for sure. With porn games you can get invested into the characters and story to the point you forget it's a porn game and just want more. Also some of these porn games can get me to feel some emotions I normally don't feel or at least not often which is a great feeling. Hell some games legit make me feel sad / bummed out for a few days when the game is over as I just want to see what happens next. Even when I get over from time to time I think of my fantasies with some of the characters like what happens in the story or what I would like to happen, so I make up scenes or scenario's in my head from time to time for my favorite characters. Part might just because I've always found it easy for my self to get attached to fictional stories or characters since I was young. Even to the point tv show people consider bad I can find enjoyment in them so I think the same thing happens here.

While porn games might be a little unhealthy choice of entertainment for me it does make me feel alot of regret over things I never did in life or missed out when I was younger since I was extremely shy and was kind of a shut in when not in school. I do think about stuff like that or make up real life fantasies I wish that would happen to me probably more than I would like. But I don't think it's totally unhealthy either as since I started playing AVN's it's been motivation to better myself slowly. While I did start a bit before getting into AVN's seriously it does help to keep me motivated otherwise id probably would of been a bit lazier about getting in shape and losing weight more often.

This bit might be a bit TMI . One other thing porn games do better at least for me personally. I noticed I don't fap as much as I just get into the games so much. I rarely will fap to porn games but when I do it's cause the story, context or whatever is just fucken hot for me. While when I look at regular porn sometimes I would browse for 30-45 minutes to find sometime that just clicks with me. Sometimes even when a porn doesn't click id just force a fap cause I just want to fap.

When I want to immerse in a story and experience it from the protagonist's perspective, I play a story-driven 3D game/visual novel where the MC is a male. I don't really want to use the term "porn game" in this case because "porn" is not what I'm after when playing these things. I like the adult oriented games/VN's because the adult element is a bonus. It's like coming across a really hot sex scene while watching a movie.

Should playing an adult oriented game/VN lead to my having to relieve my sexual urges which, by the way, does occur from time to time, then I simply allow myself to enjoy that aspect of the game. Again, sometimes a sex scene in a movie can be hot enough to have the same effect on one, too. However, I don't start playing something just because I'm in the mood to get off. That's not my goal with these games. The purpose of these, for me, is an immersive experience.

Nice suggestion to classify some as adult game but most of them are porn games.

Games are for fun gameplay and/or story: this is why I can't stand those "games" that are just random stolen porn or low quality renders with a mediocre script and barely any gameplay - they don't fulfill any of the goals of playing a game; they're just a generic porn gallery with extra steps.

you can't get any representative data here because almost all of us are here looking for stories in contrast to context-free porn. this is like asking heroin users what their favourite drug is.

the majority of people can't stand reading or even a plot really so they'll never end up here to answer polls. and if they did they'd hate all the games here for taking way too much effort getting to even a bad bj scene.

But the original 2D or 3D adult content is fine, since it was created for the sake of perverse entertainment and/or money earning beforehand.
