You can bypass the stuck loading screen by clicking campaign in the main menu, but there doesn't seem to be any new content except for a minor lesbian scene you can walk around in on the studio floor.

It sucks really, this game could be great if the developer didn't go into limbo all the time.

Fair enough .. many of us gamers are clueless on how to get it .. so yeah, a big spoiler to be unhappy about.
The noire part is still the best .. the werehous is ... interesting but hard to see what is going on unless replays.
Anyone who survives that .. well ... should just have some orgy in that hospital and be happy to have survived.

From memory:
After the Noir scene you start in the movie studio. There is nothing to do but go to the stairs and to your boss's office.
(Further upstairs there are rooms for you and other actors, but empty. Everything is more like an placeholder)
In the office (next to a reception desk) a Cutscene plays and you should get to the 3rd "level" in the desert village/hospital.
