OkyoTales, On Patreon I can see V3.5 is the latest available, but the release date is September while 3.36 here says December. I'm assuming the release date here is wrong?

The release for patreons will always be earlier.

No, the release for patrons is the first, and later it is posted here. That's why the date difference.
