Ren'Py - Power Vacuum [Ch. 12 Official] [What? Why? Games]

This is one of the very few I'd consider "must play" (in the category). Every aspect of the game (graphics, writing, sexy, funny, ...) is at least "good" rating and quite regularly goes beyond that.

The game is hardly realistic, and doesn't pretend to be, instead offering a rather basic gameplay loop of points accumulation through simple actions (i.e. easy to identify and repeat, without requiring much effort or grind), followed by being at the right place / right time.

Thanks to the writing and tone, the characters are still very much endearing (if not relatable... alas...), and definitely attractive. Special points for the antagonistic figure, who's a perfect love-to-hate-him creep.

Story is essentially several railroads happening in parallel, providing (mostly) impossible to miss contents in an open-enough gameplay.

Latest update (.7) added a much needed "replay" features, as the amount of scenes is staggering (over 9 pages of saves in .6)

Oh, and did I mention that the every scene is hot as f*** ?

I really wanted to like this and it has a good vibe but...

It is extremely text dense and seriously, 1 joke at a time man, I don't know who the writer is but he/she has poor timing for homour, if you are like a machine gun of jokes, then none of your jokes makes anyone laugh. I want to play a porn game that is fun, this is more like a circus with nude clowns.

The renders are fine, some of the girls are hot, Brenna and Ophelia are the hottest in my opinion.

I can see that devs are putting a lot of effort on the game and I wanted to rate it higher, but having played games with a lot of text I can say this game has too much text and seriously again ease up on the jokes and you'll be more funny.

Models looked great, writing is Fanta shot through my nose and it still hurts. 10/10. It's that funny. Did I mention the characters are hot? I totally would let Ophelia dom the shit out of me...IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. FEMDOM TAG WHEN?!

This meets the definitions of excellent.

The only flaw is the repetition of updates-old dead content. Everything else is perfect, and I'm not even fond of the taboo "i" word.

The humour in the writing is top notch. I've never chuckled so much at a game on here.

This game it's really good, the tone of funny script it really captives you to keep playing, the chemical between the character are really well written, the renders are well done, and the animation too, you can completely shut down NTR, the female characters look really hot, so you will not be disappointed if you play.

Hot set of characters, especially Breanna.

The renders are a bit dry for my taste though and not just the previous release but in general. The story is kinda off putting and wonky a lot of times, it tries too hard to be humorous. The facial expressions is another turn off. The Hunter character is the biggest turn off because he’s very rapey even towards his own daughters. Like there’s nothing appealing about a rapey old guy who looks like a ICU burn victim.

The MC is weird also, he started off very slim and now he’s randomly bulked up like the hulk. I thought that his whole penis situation or issue was stupid and a bit juvenile to say the least. Not my cup of tea but good luck to the Dev.

Quickie- 5/5, NTR is On or Off, Yes the old guy is a villian so hes not supposed to win, Girls are pretty, theres animations, there are no stats to grind its all events, no its not that fucking kind of sandbox, yes theres story, if you cant figure out how the game works your probably just dumb.

Review- This game is just plain FUN its not dark or serious just literally fun and enjoyable but if YOU take it to seriously your just gunna have a bad time...
Story and dialogs alone make it worth playing as it is funny and somehow fiction while also kinda realistic. The girls don't magically wanna have sex with you, and tropes from other games are picked at in subtle ways.
You have a villian in Hunter and the NTR scenes are made to feel as a punishment kinda because out of 2 choices you choose the ( REALLY obvious) wrong one in that situation so it resets back to the choice bascially being a kind of game over without actually being one as it takes you back to your wrong choice once the NTR scene ends ( or you know if you see it coming just rollback).
Each girl has a different personality and treat MC differently at start, some coldly some not, so again, not jumping on him at start he has to build relationship and overcome barriers (a big one starting with INC if you play with patches..)
Sexy scenes are animated great and the models are actually more unique than most games (havent seen moms face ANYWHERE for example). I mostly wanna see how story goes and the sexy stuff is like treat thrown in along the way. I hope the Dev keeps doing what they do and don't change anything cuz don't fix what aien't broken.

The definition of mediocre ! I will not go into details because frankly it's not worth it. Don't get me wrong this is not a bad game, Some renders are actually pretty good but other than that nothing, the game uses the models you see everywhere, the story is the same repetitive boring crap you see everywhere, the writing is pretty weak and the NTR part is pretty stupid if you ask me. If you want to attract NTR fans give them something to enjoy instead of crapping on NTR and make it a bad end; and if you Don't like it then why include it in the first place ? specially when your rival is a dumb old garbage whom you must be pretty dumb to lose to XD
To sum it up, It is a mediocre game.

One of the best games here. Easy to learn, instinctive, no splitting storylines so your head hurts trying to get all the scenes. Just sit back and enjoy the story. (Once you know how to work the system, that is.)

It starts off with a slow burn. But it's downright sexy. The dialogue is amazing, it's filled with jokes and banter, at the same time realistic(Mostly) for a family.

If you feel like stopping after 3 chapters, trust me, it gets better. Although you still don't get to fuck "family members" yet, there are scenes with a few others.

The amount kinky stuff in this game is absolutely mindblowing. And it makes sense to not be able to easily cross that line with "family"

If you're worried about NTR, don't worry, there's a off button for that. But I find it funny and since it's non-canon, most people find it more acceptable.

I didn't get what it meant at first, and if you're like me, it means its only NTR if you made the wrong choice, and it warps u back to the point where u makes the choice, so what happens is only a 'what if' situation.

Maybe that's off-putting for ntr lovers, but my opinion is that it's still pretty hot if you wanna check it out.

All in all, great game. Looking forward to more releases and hopefully future games!

One of the better games on the site. There is a lot of build up which makes the corruption/incest way better. There is enough content that it is worth playing. The updates seem to be regular. The situations constantly poke fun of the dumb writing in porn games and instead stick with something more realistic for the story of this one, as realistic as a harem incest game can get for corruption story.

It feels like a real family in a real home. The whole point of the inc genre is buildup and familiarity of the characters, and this game does that incredibly well.

This game for my tastes is merely ok. Some scenes are pretty hot and others are kind of meh. (based on 0.6)

The renders are pretty good and it runs well without any crashing or issues. I like a lot of the character designs and characters themselves. The writing is generally pretty solid too developing the characters and isn't riddled with Engrish.

All that said, I dislike that being able to turn off the NTR still has a gross old man setting up those scenes even if they don't play out, it's not really funny, just distracting. I would rather he was just removed from that option personally. Some of the scenes just aren't to my personal taste/fetish either.

all in all it's ok, pretty well made, looks nice, just doesn't hit my personal tickboxes. It may do for you though.

never thought id say this about a porn game, but came for the tits, stayed for the dialog. its funny as fuck , the models are gorgeous, and so far the story is fantastic. cant wait for the full game. apparently there is a 200 character minimum for reviews here so blah blah blah blah

Just played till the end of v0.7 and this game is great. Best girl to me is "Eva", that is not one of the main girls but you get to do her a lot.
Only point I think they could improve is having another (not so bad looking as Hunter) guy, so NTRs would be pleasant.

If you want a good laugh while playing a light-hearted game, give this one a try.

Dialogues are really witty. Characters are nothing new, but fleshed-out well enough. Story comes with a twist that is entertaining. Even the rival got his background story expanded in every update.

Ofcourse being a VN, you have to expect a simplified game-play, but the story is fun enough, and the writer have a sense of humor that bounced off so well off the characters.

And I have to say, this game handled the NTR part like a champ. By making NTR branch a series of alternative endings, the story becomes favorable for both side of the fans. You don't want it, choose good. You want it, choose bad. Know that NTR never existed in cannon gameplays because alternative endings force you to go back to the choice.

Smuts are dime-a-dozen, but this one is a gem.

Too repetitive for kinda nothing.
After 1 chapter, you don't even know what excitement means.
Some sterotypes, and no deep story as well.
Boring to my mind.
But the renders are fine.
It's been a while that I don't play this sort of "grinding for nothing" game anymore.
But keep doing the great work.

In my opinion the best game on the site ( and that is saying a lot ). A mix of hot models, sexy situations and solid writing with good humor to boot. I love the use of non-canon ntr, but I would have given this game 5 stars even without it.

For how excellent and funny this game is, I don't seem to hear much about it. Definitely one of the funnier games on the site - also very hot. Definitely worth checking out. There is a bit of grind, but it's minimal and much of the grind has payoffs.

At this point its been over a year since the game released. Everyone knows a good incest game has teasing and buildup its just a given. However at this point it has gotten ridiculous. You still cannot have vaginal sex with any of the family members. It just seems drawn out to extend the time the dev can milk the game at this point. Renders are good but not great, animations are mediocre, and while dialogue is really good at this point all it is is the characters giving excuses for why they cant fuck while doing literally every other sex act in the book. This game could be a 4 out of 5 game if it didnt do this but since its gotten so bad at this point I have to give it a 2. So sad that a game that started off so well and fun turned into a teasing fest for a whole year.

I played with NTR on but you can turn it off.

So I had seen the poster of this game like 3 months back - but I ignored it coz the main pic is kinda weird and man do I regret it lol.

Game is fucking awesome. Story is pretty funny too (atleast it was with NTR on) , and each update has a nice amount of content.

Renders are also really fuckin awesome.

This is one of the underrated games that I would recommend to anyone within a heartbeat.

The Dev himself is pretty active in the thread so you can report bugs and shit.

All in all - solid game. Try it.

This game has a rich plot, appropriate and good humor, plenty of sex events, the character characteristics of each character are very clear and the integration is very good.

In a word, this is the game that you can imagine and do well. Whether you just want to watch sex events or watch funny entertainment stories, it's very, very recommended!
