In the room at the back of your shop, there’s a counter and a table — at the counter, you do upgrades, and at the table, you buy items for your stock.
Dunno, never tested it on steam deck. But since you are the first to bring it up, so, probably.

Maybe, I played a few RPG Maker on it and had few issue, some freezing but not as much as playing this one
I can only buy daggers, seeds and ingredients for stock and the buyers want other stuff, i asked where to get the other stuff.
Also the venom knife is bugged, spent over a hour with it equiped (real life time) and didnt get a single poisoned enemy.
So, in the backroom you upgrade your store, and each upgrade unlock a new item to sell, so in the other desk you can add this new items to sell. To restock, you can interact with the item's shelf to add it there.
The dagger works, but it has a % chance of sucess. Bad luck, I guess.

North road of Fendaterra village. You must talk to the guard blocking the road. Then follow going north until you get at the cult portal. Enter the portal and you will be at the Grayeagle Castle front yard. To enter in the castle you must have Isabel in the party.
To get Isabel in the party, progress in the dungeon at the point you cant go further anymore because of a light statue blocking the stairs. When you get there, go back to the city and visit the adventurers guild and you will get Isabel. It's very intuitive, since when you get out of the dungeon you must go to the guild to sell the chaos crystal anyway.
The only way is going deep. There's no other way out. If you are too weak and can't go through the monsters, load an early save, and you should have listened to Isis when se said it was a bad idea. Listen to your girls, brother, not the voices in your head. Madness is calling, but not always to a glorious future. Be safe, brother.
No, the only thing patreon only is the cheat code. Try reading something near the chest, it gives you a hin to where to start to the get the right numbers.
