Hello there! I was recently asked to update an old list of pregnancy games all the way back from 2015 (a strange age before some gorilla was shot and apparently created our timeline). I was tempted to merely forward a link to the Latest Updates tap with the "pregnancy tag" selected but lets be honest - a great number of the games with a pregnancy tag on this site at best contains little pregnancy content and at worst none at all. So, since I play next to nothing else than pregnancy games I thought I better do the work and update that damn list.
The first criteria (like the old list) for a game to go on the list is to be in English (though MT games can be included). Further, the game should not be a pure visual novel, since… well, those are novels, not games (in my foolish opinion anyway). Unlike the original list, however, this list is split into two parts, the first being the top pick of games with impregnation and pregnancy and the other being a list of games that contain impregnation or pregnancy as part of the gameplay - not just taped on at the end with a little CG or as single or two bad ends. Now Lets Go!!!

Peasant's Quest
Maybe the best game for impregnation fans out there! You can impregnate nearly every female character with now a majority of them giving birth to kids - some of which turn into other fully fledged characters and yet others being able to work the land for your. Pregnancy is such a large and well implemented part of the game that it puts many other games on this site to shame for daring to add the 'pregnancy' tag so readily.
Adam & Gaia
Alright, I'm not impartial on this on... But A&G is a game that is, with the exception of a few ancient myths, all about impregnation. Pregnancy is THE core gameplay mechanic - not a feature or addition but basically the whole game. Maybe a bit too heavy on incest (if such a thing is possible in games). I'm still proud of this one!
Absolute Power Corruption
Made by our own MoriAPC, the game contains vast amounts of impregnation and full term pregnancy. Feel free to go around and impregnate the women of your newly acquired kingdom. No hand-holding.
Roundscape Adorevia
While on a grand, epic, classic, fantasy quest you find yourself able to impregnate several of the fully fledged characters (or yourself if playing as a girl). Some of these characters even give birth with the kids being shown.
Incubus City
Seduce (or rape) as many girls as possible with the only aim to knock them up. The repeating playstyle means rewatching many scenes but the many 'beginnings' makes you strive to always unlock another 'start'.
Love & Sex Second Base
The ability to create a harem of impregnated girls in the big city? That's a yes from me! Knock up nearly all the girls and maybe thrown a leash on them for good measure. The game has put real effort in adding pregnancy to all the sex scenes and in game dialogue.
Corrupted Kingdoms
Cute fantasy girls that in many cases can impregnated and even give birth. The game earns the tag above many similar games out there - and it even has charm and humor too.
Summertime Saga
Impregnation has slowly but surely become a great part of the game - and it is very much appreciated! Hats off if you were there when the first build came out!
S.H.E.L.T.E.R.
The main premise of the game is knocking girls up to ensure the survival of humanity after surviving fallout in (you guessed it!) a shelter. Plenty and dialogue and art for impregnation and pregnancy.
Haramase Simulator
The world needs you! To knock up hundreds of girls that is! Anything below a thousand impregnations are rookie numbers!
Corruption of Champions
It may be an oldie these days but it's a classic with ton of pregnancy content where children are even added into world in some cases.
Violated Heroine
One of the greats - that seemingly led to and endless amount of spin-offs. Your character can get pregnant and give birth with the kids in some cases turning up in the world.
Goblin Burrow
The burrow isn't going to expand itself with new goblins now is it? Remember the dlcs on this one.

Free Cities - Pregmod
Puts many other html-twine games to shame. Here you have the ability to transform a future city state into a pregnancy-themed dream! Not found on site.

You find one of many fantasy princesses, knock them up, and suddenly the party just got bigger! It is even possible to breed the offspring further with a complex genetics mechanic.
Son of a Bitch
One of the old favorite games of this site. Several of the girls can become pregnant and give birth - opening up different paths of the the game.

I honestly can't remember why we have to knock up all the enemy commanders we capture - but we do and it's great!
