1. I opened cafe
2. I talked with Erna and she suggested to open glory hall
3. I bought everything and she said "come to your boss tomorrow when we are working"

but nothing happens.

I try to go to boss room, cafe, every location on planet and nothing happens. I tried it both before sending girls to shift and after.Am I doing something wrong?

u need to click "work"at the tab which u send girls to work.Here i quote some other dude on steam:
"You need to open working screen (click to ginger girl icon), after you need to press at + twice and select 2 availble girls (Erna and Crystal) and after that you need to click at “work” button and send one to a work and another one just right after. And if you will close the window and click to Adanot’s apartments (during the day of course, do not switch to evening) you will see the countinue of the game."
