i mean to begin with the big issue is that they are using stolen art assets from Japanese artists and games and making money off it and then pretending like it takes them time and work to actually make stuff.
ITs not like harame sim. that used assets yes was a fully free and volunteer project and noone there made any patreon type money begging pages for the game

It's less the art and more the scope of the writing. Too many possible routes to fill out. Plus, we're on a pirate site lol. Don't think we can complain about stolen assets.

Hard to answer this as the game's been retweaked multiple times to the point that I've got no clue what paths are in it anymore. There was some BE in the sister's path which quickly dead ended, some fusion stuff with a friend and her bully which likewise was a dead end, and I think there was an age swap between a girl and her mom that likewise dead ended quickly.
Most everything else is bodyswap with varying degrees of the character being aware or unaware that they are in a different body.
Who cares if they patreon beg, don't give them your money and the problem is solved. Just also don't expect regular progress. It's hard to make regular progress, if you aren't working on a software project for many hours even just scripting renpy. On top of this if you ever want the project to not be just stolen art assets they'll need money to do that.
The flip side is that a lot of authors know thirsty idiots of all types will drop money on projects if they promise to make an H game like the biggest ones but just for them. This leads to people who don't have the capability wildly over-promising, and in order to keep that sweet sweet money flowing they keep over-promising even when they're already lost. Since a lot of people know basically nothing about software dev, they accept the over-promising and just pay more and more because one foot or futa jpg got added.
Until the community stops paying for this shit or the sites hosting games create tags and standards for projects it's going to be something people need to watch out for themselves.
