I just played the game on an RTX3060 laptop and the game runs pretty smoothly on 1440p.

I would say it is better optimized than Wild Life for example which is great for me.

I can't wait for the future of this game. It's honestly so good to see the potential this has.

Giving a minuscule stamina bar that drains in seconds, and a hunger system that prevents you from running in a porn game demo. Well it was certainly a choice, not sure why you would include any of that in a game that is just about having sex with random people, not really playing for the "immersion" or "realism".

Ok I just went and downloaded Sunbay City 0.6

Now I understand why this game is badly reviewed

Although it certainly has better graphics (character textures are great and lighting too) everything else is an asset flip.

Krasue fully completed Halls of the Pale Widow, which iirc is UE4 (potentially 5, but I think 4).

It really comes down to the dev, tbh, and with the Sunbay dev you've got to be pretty cautious - they've made 3 game demos now and none of them have been completed yet. Their animation and character designs are hot af though, so always worth keeping an eye on even with low expectations
