Can you Upload the 4k in a different way? Workupload doesn't work for me, antivirus flags it, but even then the websites just crashes for me.

Use the chains in the walls and wait for a bit. She'll say "Or should I just give up?", then it cuts to the scene you're missing shortly after that message.

It is similar but Nurtale Nesche has many more gameplay elements. Nurtale Nesche is much closer to a real game with somewhat engaging gameplay. Priestess Lust is much closer to a walking simulator. Though Priestess Lust is also very short, so the game ends before the dull gameplay becomes too much of a bore. I would recommend playing it just for the art and animations.

There is, indeed, a captured girl somewhere.
If I recall correctly, there's just one image of her titled "easter egg" or something in the files, and there are no animations/CGs with her.
I think that's just a little funny easter egg/self insert of artist's original character into the game without any possible interaction, so you can't rescue her.
