I think minotaur strategy has been described somewhere in this thread already. However, I recommend that you first beat the minotaur one or two times before saving the inmates and when you are confident that you can beat the minotaur only then save the inmates. As also mentioned in this thread, saving the inmates has been made unnecessarily frustrating by not including any savepoints at all in between opening the locks and the end of the game.bruv what do i do after saving the inmates? i did go through the minotaur but idont know when to move. i move when he is far but the pillar placement is kinda awkward for me
I was hoping that the good ending would grant bonus content, since it asks for an amount of effort that is beyond the rest of the game. Upon using the uploaded save and seeing it was just a couple lines of text and a CG like the normal ending I was disappointed, glad I didn't make a third attempt, and felt cheated for my two attempts already down the drain. Why you want the good ending anyways? Protagonist doesnt get the D she deserves on that ending, its boring.![]()
The wolf is beyond simple, you just gotta pop out and back into the room you were in. The minotaur isn't hard and is in fact consistent, but by that point the player is exhausted with a ten minute run of the same consistent shit they've dodged back and forth so the somewhat novel minotaur encounter being a super unforgiving final gauntlet is just plain ass. Without save points it's poorly designed.Minotaur isn't that hard just tedius (stand still when he stand still, move when he moving in the direction that isn't facing you), what i really found annoying where the damn rng wolf...
As Ritsujin said, accidents happen, especially in a game that you don't master in the handful of hours you spend with it. The minotaur is unforgiving, which yeah sure is a fine if tedious and boring final challenge for the originally designed save point. But if you have that ten minute run on your back and you choke from the pressure then go fuck yourself I guess. The game is just about asking you to do a flawless speedrun which for a title as clunky and slow as it is just doesn't work. The minotaur is not the issue, the issue is the whole journey that is a pain in the ass.
Accidents happen and even then a single mistake will cost you.
There would be no problem at all, if we could save at SOME point during the final segment.
game is super easy manThis game fucking sucks, and it's all because of the quest. Fuck this game
i only failed the minotaur when doing so on purpose, hell u can even jump 2 pillers most of the timeCompletely agree on this. Gave up on the good ending because I got tired of doing that whole walk through the sewers, dungeon, sewers again just to get a bugged game over from the Minotaur.
It isn't difficult as in "I need to learn how to play better.", it is difficult as in "Why did I die? The hitboxes are bullshit." Frustrating is a better word for it. The issue is: in order to get the good ending you have to do a 7-10 minute run back and forth between areas and then have to do the final section perfectly. Said final section often can feel unfair as the Minotaur can react like you fucked up when you are in cover. If it wasn't for that section specifically, the game would be a cake walk. (Hell, during the bad/normal end runs, the Minotaur barely gave me trouble. It was only on the good end when he constantly got me.)I don't understand people who criticize the game for being difficult hahaha you can finish it in 30 minutes or even less depending on the ending you want
