are these both the same? as they

Dunno as I haven't played it yet, but sometimes an update adds content in the middle and you will have to start over to see it if that's the case.

And again, these incomprehensible divisions into parts: according to the OP, the game has 2 parts that need to be downloaded and played separately, but if you download and start the second part, there are 3 Start buttons: Start, Start Part 2, Start v1.0, which could mean that part 2 contains part 1. Which of these options is correct?

There's only one download, all of those options (Start, Start Pt. 2, etc.) are included in the download from the OP. Part 2 starts after the main character broke both of his arms and is still pre-incest, I'm not sure what Start v1.0 is, maybe the beginning of the beach trip. The parts aren't very clear in game either, nothing to let you know when you reach part 2.

why is that one DLC locked ?
and it look like we got the 2nd dlc abut not the 1st
idk if we can play the 2nd, afraid of missing the story in 1st

I am also disappointed with this mini DLC because there was no sex scene with Catherine, but they say this is a small part, that the full DLC is still missing, I don't know if I should believe this or not, but I hope it has new sex scenes with Catherine, I can't get enough of her, just look at those huge tits and she is so beautiful, it is one of the best Milf designs I have seen in these types of games, I just want her to receive new content and a lot more.
